I bought a TV from Conn's on youree drive 18 days later it stopped working I reported it through Conn's and Samsung and then someone canceled my repair order ticket to have it fixed. Then I had to call and request someone to come out and fix it again, it took them 15 days to come out and fix the TV that I had just purchased. while working with Conn's, Samsung and ussi until someone finally took me serious to come out and fix the TV that I just purchased. I was very polite, understanding and patient I asked for $100 discount off of a $650 TV that I had already paid on and they told me that they cannot help me. The manager of Conn's called me and was very nonchalant to let me know that they were not going to discount or even offer me any type of credit in store or a brand new TV instead.They made me wait to have parts shippef to my home in a 18-wheeler that was the size of a TV that I had nowhere to store in my home and had to wait an extra week to have a technician come out that was supposed to be here at 2:15 p.m. and did not arrive until 6:00 p.m. to fix the TV that took him exactly 30 minutes to fix. I do not recommend using Conn's. I would highly suggest to just go buy a brand new TV from Best buy, Walmart, etc.

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. My now husband and I bought our home a little over a year while he was working on the road. I was trying to get the house all set up while he was gone and buy furniture, so I decided to go to Conns. I found some couches I liked that were in our price range and decided to get them. Keep in mind, I was only 19 at the time and had no idea what I was doing.

Therefore, the man that helped me with all of it just told me to sign a few places and he’d get them delivered to my home. Well, my husband comes home a few days later and sees that they gave me a 30% interest rate so the couches that were in our price range are now a little over $1000 added on to the original price. The man helping me didn’t tell me about any of this and that’s not even mentioning that when they were delivered they were put together wrong and that theses couches have completely scratched my flooring all up.

Needless to say, it’s been a little over a year now and somehow I still owe well over $2000 on these plain brown couches!!! I’ve tried calling them and working it out and even telling them to come pick these things up because I don’t want them anymore and they won’t do anything about it.

I do NOT recommend Conn’s to ANYONE!!!

Very nice people. Lots of inventory, and they work with you pretty well. They also have clearance items. Huge store!!! The mattresses are pretty pricey, but still, they have just about everything for home furnishings including appliances and TV's.

You have to watch these people they will charges to your account that you know nothing about. It is best to get a paper copy of your transaction because on the I pad they, they will add charges you know nothing about. Beware

We have been dealing with Conns for 14 years and never had to wait for the finance people to come back with a approval, and then wait for 2 hours. Never once was we ever late on any payment on all our purchases. This will probably be my last time we will be purchasing anything else.
