My salesman Warren was extremely knowledgeable about the TV I wanted and helped me over the phone. When I arrived he already had the TV out and ready for me. The paperwork was done in just a couple minutes and I was out the door. And they beat the price at Best Buy!

I was so satisfied with my first experience with the Conn's store on Youree Drive, I went back again and bought a furniture piece. I had read somewhere this business delivers used furniture, not in my experience. What I received was brand new with the tags still attached! The delivery driver, Barry, even took pictures before he left and also made sure it worked exactly as I expected. This is the second experience with him as my delivery driver and he's been super professional each time. My sales associate, Dannielle, once again provided excellent service and advice. She got my payment set up on a day I could work with and showed me exactly what it would be, so no surprises later. She helped me find exactly what I needed at a price within my budget still, even with my earlier purchase! Another credit check wasn't even necessary because I returned within the same month and hadn't spent nearly the credit they gave. I still haven't. When I pay these purchases down awhile, I will be happy to shop with this store again and with Danielle! Yes, even on furniture!! Nothing comes used from here!!

Danielle really knew her stuff on credit and APR. She told me she'd had extra training! I appreciated that! And, Justin worked out getting me exactly what I wanted the next day after I figured out I needed electric instead of gas. Danielle came in on her day off to make sure I stayed on delivery!! Don't believe everything you see in bad reviews. Give them a chance to change your mind! And, like my associate said, pay attention to when special finance terms state! Pay in those terms to get that sale price!!

Thanks to the friendly people at Conn’s Home Furnishings for a wonderful experience. My needs were met and upon delivery of my purchase the two delivery persons were of professional standings and were gentlemen while doing their job. They represented their Employer very well. A 10 Plus is their ratings from a satisfied customer.

Great friendly service easy approvals o ly thing I didn’t like they made me take out insurance or show proof of home owners ins or renters ins. Which I didn’t have with me at time of purchase
