Jake was incredibly professional (not pushy at all) and helped me understand exactly what I needed done. He also explained what I needed for my size of home and what was not needed. Installation crew came 4-5 days later (based on what worked with my schedule) they were early and installed new heat & AC units. Mike and Steve were incredibly efficient and hard workers. They kept me updated through the entire process and showed me how everything worked at the end. Super pleased with everything Patriot did for me!

My HVAC system had terrible air flow and could never keep up during the summer months since the day I moved into my home. Over the last few years, my old system was getting worse and home was becoming more uncomfortable to be in, especially during the summer months. I called Patriot Heating & AC to come out for an inspection of my system. At that time, it was discovered that my A/C had multiple leaks and would need to be replaced. I took this opportunity to work with Jake to help spec out, and address our ongoing airflow issues and cooling issues with our existing unit. Jake explained what options were available to me and what upgrades to our existing configuration would need to take place to address our concerns. I am happy to say it's been two weeks since Jake's crew installed our new Rheem furnace and A/C and our house hasn't been more comfortable since from a cooling standpoint! Our home can easily reach 70 degrees with the AC where that was never possible with the old unit. We couldn't be more happy with our new system and my family is amazed how much better it feels in our home. I'm looking forward to those hot summer months to see how our new system stacks up. I expect it will work well.

Jake engaged with us personally after we reached out with a hot water heater/humidifier disaster, asked me to send him a video of what was occurring and then came to our house after mid-night to ensure all was safe and could be addressed the following morning. The next morning Jake and his crew arrived to assist. Their follow through is impeccable and appreciate the seasonal service and tune up to keep everything running smooth. Honest, trustworthy and follow-through. Don't search any further for your heating, A/C, plumbing, water heater needs.

Outstanding service and pricing. They did such a great job on our furnace, we did not call any other companies when it camee time to do our AC. Jake, Erin, Steve and Mike are amazing people to work with! They explained everything in detail, cleaned up afterwards and were even early to the install! No price gouging or up-sells. Everyone was compassionate and we did not feel like a "one and done customer". I am big on supporting people who have served for our country and locally owned businesses! The Patriot team did a great job providing cost effective total home solutions for my family over the last year. They installed a whole home humidifier, performed routine maintenance which resulted in identifying an issue with my old furnace, and provided multiple recommendations to fix an airflow issue/ the broken furnace that would fit my families budget.

Outstanding experience! Unfortunately, we had to replace the inducer motor but was able to call and schedule an appointment. The tech was prompt and very fast. He communicated the issue and was able to go get the new motor and have it installed within 30 min. I am very happy with the work and would recommend.
