I used Reddi Services for an emergency issue with water backing up in basement drain. Damion arrived, assessed the situation and went about his business. Afterward he explained what he had done and what he found and we discussed remediation plans an costs. There was no pressure to sell me on the higher priced solution and he left it up to me to noodle on what I wanted to do, i.e. kick the can down the road or be more proactive. All in all it was a good experience and I would use this company again.

Damion, you went above and beyond. As Damion is there to unplug the drain in the basement an old sink broke off the wall and water was shooting everywhere. Damien Ran in like Superman and was able to assess and fix that situation along with a clogged drain. He left me with some very helpful advice, while I ended up looking like a drenched rat I am forever grateful.

Had a cartridge broken in half in my shower faucet, and I had to shut down the home water supply around 8 pm. Called 4 other plumbing services, and all of them would not come until the next day. Then we reached out to Reddi Services, and they sent Don, who showed up one hour later and solved my issue in about 90 minutes. Very good work! Reddi services was contacted after normal business hours and a tech arrived within one hour to tackle our floor drain backup. Levi was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the drain working and rechecked by running more water down the drain to make sure it worked properly and cleaned up the utility room before leaving. I would highly recommend Levi for all your plumbing needs.

Used Reddi Services about 3 years ago and they did such a good job we called them back. This visit they were able to come out the same day I called them and said they could be there between 4-7 pm. They called back about an hour later saying they had an opening and could come sooner. Daniel Schesser was our tech and he did a swell job. He was polite and respectful. He was here for about an hour digging out this nasty clump of roots and gunk. We turned the water back on and no more backup in the basement. Thanks Daniel!
