Zach came out and not only installed our hot water heater, took the old one away, etc.. but also helped solve all of our plumbing issues. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was knowledge, quick, professional and friendly. I’d definitely recommend them in the future.

Dalton Feagans was absolute the best in working to clear my sewer lines. With his persistent efforts he was able to get through what I discovered are yew bush roots. I’ll always recommend him and his company

Zach Haglar was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I have serious plumbing issues with our sewage pipes and Zach has been very professional. He has been honest and very appropriate in explaining what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I appreciated his genuine customer service and willingness to help us solve our plumbing problem. We have more work to do in our home and I'm confident that Zach and Reddi Service will help us to get it done!

Zach Shreve permanently fixed a slow drain in our master shower. Rather than snake the old, clogged pipe we took his suggestion to repair/replace and avoid future calls. He was quick and afterwards the work space was clean.

I had significant flooding in my sub basement and was told by one company that it was likely backup from my septic system (yuck!). The company I usually call for septic pumping couldn’t fit me in for several days so they referred me to Reddi Services. Michael Eldridge was at my house within 3 hours of my first call. He pumped the tank, inspected the system, and made a couple of recommendations for the issue. He helped me determine that the basement flooding was likely rainwater, not septic backup, and he referred me to another company to help with that problem. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Our basement was flooding due to backed up lines in our old house and Zach Shreve of Reddi Services promptly arrived and cleared and scoped the pipe on the old house. Knowledgeable and persistent and he resolved our problem. Recommend Reddi Services and their technicians. Zach is great!

I've had problems with roots in the past and wanted the main drain cleaned out for maintenance. Daniel S. was my technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. He got the drain cleaned out, left absolutely no mess, and didn't try to sell me anything else. I appreciated his efficiency and professionalism. I will call this company again.

UPDATE: Still a big fan of Reddi services. They are always awesome. They come out to help no matter the weather. They've come out to fix my plumbing in a snowstorm and extreme frigid temperatures. They have even come late in the evening to help me. They are reasonably priced and they are always honest and straight with me about what needs done. They always clean up after themselves too! Phelan did a wonderful job. Thank you for always being there when I need a hand!

I called about a blocked sewer line. Plumber Jeff B came out that same day and never gave up until the job was done right. He explained everything as he did it and was knowledgeable and professional. He made great recommendations and even cleaned up after himself when he was done. Very competitive prices as well. Great customer service and would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Josh Aune saved Christmas. The grandkids were coming for Christmas dinner but Nonna’s sink drain wasn’t cooperating. Josh and his timely expertise cleared the way along with Santa’s sleigh.

This is my second time using Reddi and both times were great. We own an older home and get tree roots in the sewer line causing a back up in our basement. Damion came to the house and had it fixed quickly. He offered suggestion to help in the future and was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
