My kitchen sink was getting clogged and I tried numerous techniques on my own but they were all unsuccessful. I called Reddi services and Damion came through and got it fixed quickly. He was kind and knowledgeable and most importantly, got the job done.

My toilet stopped up on Tuesday. I called this company based on other reviews & they were awesome! Jose cam out a few hours after I called. The company kept me updated on his arrival time & even sent me a text with his picture so I knew who to expect! So nice. Jose was personable & knowledgeable. He didn't leave until the job was done, which took a lot more work & time than either of us expected. I really appreciated Jose & will use him & Reddy Plumbing again!

I have used this company several times. I lucked out and got Jay Denney the first repair and have requested him every time. He is fast, thorough, efficient and a really good plumber. The only problems I have with this business, is they continue to use my e-mail instead of a text to alert me that my plumber is on the way. I do not use cell phone e-mail so Jay can be here and gone before I see the e-mail. Plus if they give me a time frame for my plumber and he doesn't show no one does me the courtesy of letting me know why he's running late. Also, their rates are a bit higher than most, but if you want good service, they are among the best.

I just purchased my townhome last week. Unfortunately, the seller wouldn’t “fix” the leaky furnace so I needed to find an hvac company. Wanting to stay local I contacted Reddi Services and their technician, Jose Vasquez, came to the rescue! As a first time homebuyer (single female) I’ve never needed to worry about these types of repairs on a house so I’m learning as I go.

Immediately, Jose was able to diagnose the problem (a clog) and fix it! He also explained how the unit worked and what needs to happen in order to keep the hvac unit running at an optimal level.

I will certainly be using this company and hopefully Jose in the future!

We had a crack in our sump pump discharge pipe--we asked specifically for Jay who has done other plumbing work in our home. Jay was here on time, assessed the situation & completed the repair quickly. He took great respect for our home & made sure the pipe was no longer leaking. We have used Reddi Services for years now. We will always look to them first for any plumbing work we need & we will ask for Jay! Great Job!
