Reddi Services

This is my second time using Reddi Services would like to thank employee Cliff for his help today! He was on time, polite, and friendly. He came to fix my floor drain, which he did a great job with and even mopped the floor and had it looking much nicer than before! I would definitely recommend this company.

Our hardwood floors were starting to buckel in our bathroom and we knew we had a leak somewhere just wasn't sure where. I found Reddi Services on google and scheduling an appointment was so easy through their website! Jesse came out and found the leak was coming from the toilet, he didn't just do a band-aid fix, he made sure it was done right and that we wouldn't have this problem again. He was super great to work with and very polite. He explained everything and the issue very well so that we felt comfortable with the repairs. This was my first time using Reddi and I would use them again for other services as well and not just my plumbing needs.

Our AC went out on a Monday night - Reddi Services sent someone out that evening but before the tech, Joel, could get to our house it started raining so he had to reschedule for the next morning. He said he'd be here first thing Tuesday and he was! He quickly figured out that our AC and furnace all needed to be replaced (it was nearing 20 years old so this was not a shock) and gave us options ranging from a temporary, more affordable fix to the top of the line option. He happily gave a verbal report to our home warranty company which took much longer than expected and worked with us on making the best decision for us. We decided to replace the system and Joel got us in as quickly as possible, giving us pointers on how to stay cool and get our unit to keep chugging along for the few days until our appointment. Joel, Mark, and Matt were the technicians that came to install - they showed up early, were quick and efficient, and kept us up to date during the install. They were in and out in about 6 hours! They did a great job and we would highly recommend Reddi Services!

Justin Thompson unclogged the tub without any issues. He was quick and professional and cleaned up after himself. We always call Reddiservices for drain issues at our rentals. They are ALWAYS more affordable than other services and don't charge weekend and after hours additional fees.

I have left Reddi 4 post work messages. Not one response. I was charged $399 to replace a $10 heating element. The top element was also failing, so the water heater still didn't work. I then bought a whole parts replacement kit for $29, and fixed the unit. Beware of gouging, get a bid if possible.

Joel came out yesterday to our home to service our air conditioner that was freezing up. He was very thorough in his work and after approximately 3 hours of making adjustments to our inside and outside units we are back in business! His work was done for us at no charge, having paid a service call the day before. He was very polite and professional and because of that we purchased a service agreement for spring and fall checks! Great work Joel - we appreciate your service.

Their service is awful. I've never had a worse experience with a contractor. I had my water heater replaced (not even sure it needed to be replaced) after their ridiculously expensive service price they didn't solder the connection correctly. After turning my water back on they didn't check the connection. Thank goodness I went down an hour later to load my water softener with salt to see my basement being sprayed with water like a bad spring break wet tee shirt contest. It soaked my stairs, my softener and my alarm system interface. When confronted I was told to use a fan and given a business card for a water clean up service on my dime.... how are these people in business I'll never know. Trust I'll never hiring a lawyer. Don't hire these people.

From the front office to service technicians, the communication and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. The technicians/plumbers were very thoughtful in their investigation and review of the situation to help clear the problem. Cannot thank them enough for helping us out and resolving our problem.

We had a water leak and they were at the house fast. We really appreciated that.

We have used Reddi Services for several years now. They installed a complete HVAC system for us in 2011 and they are now our go-to company for all our associated needs. What I appreciate is the fact you see the same faces for all jobs and service calls. You feel like you have your own dedicated team of concerned and caring technicians assigned to you. We had an especially challenging job they tackled for us last year and it came off flawlessly. No matter the challenge or difficulty, they will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done to your satisfaction! We had a service call just a few days ago and again a familiar face showed up, Vince. He remembered working on the above-mentioned project and I expressed how much I loved the results. We had a small job associated with that project that we wanted done, not a part of our service call and Vince went out of his way to take care of it for us! He went to get the supplies needed for the job and took the extra time needed to finish it. We were so pleased to get that done and it wasn't even requested at the time of the service call, just something that came to mind while Vince was here...and he accommodated our request!
