Damion and Nathan came on a Sunday night to fix a broken pipe in the bathroom. No water and no bathroom! They arrived and had everything fixed in no time. Polite and explained everything they were going to do. The price for their services was very reasonable. IF we ever need more plumbing services, we will be calling Reddi Services.

Zack and Justin did a good job on a complicated issue with our drain system, but they handed it like pros in a quick and timely manner. Great customer service skills. Would recommend these guys very knowledgeable! Thanks again for fixing this for us.

Bryan Lanigan came to work on my furnace which was not turning on. There were several problems that took 2 visits to figure out but Bryan worked hard to get things right. He explained every step and tried very hard to keep the cost reasonable. I really enjoyed working with Bryan and highly recommend him to others. The only negative is when I requested a detailed receipt like cost of parts and labor charges from the office they said they would send it but it only showed the total. Every company I have ever had a receipt from have shown the cost of parts and the the cost of labor charges. When I called back I was given the run around and given the impression that they didn't want to give me a detailed receipt. This makes me question what they are trying to hide, like over charging me for parts or labor. While Bryan Lanigan gave me great service I have re-edited my review because I feel the business is being shady for not wanting to provide me information that other companies readily supply. I will not use this company again because I can't trust that their not taking advantage of me.
Update: The customer service rep reached out and sent the two detailed receipts that I asked for twice. Apparently the person I spoke with twice did not relay my request correctly and the company usually does not breakdown their receipts in this manner which I still find unbelievable, People want to know what their paying for and if your being charged labor by the hour you want to see in writing what that time was.

Matthew, Greg and Diego replaced our furnace and water heater.
Prior to work being done, we were provided with a written estimate and explanation of the work to be done, how it would re-mediate condensation problem and suggestions for replacement equipment grades and price points.
The replacement process was expedient, organized and professional. The process took about 4 1/2 hours. The weather that day was mild, so there was no urgency related to the lack of a furnace for a few hours. I have kept the furnace and water heat area open and uncluttered. This allowed the work to be completed expeditiously as well.
The team of Matthew, Greg and Diego were professional, prepared and courteous. I would recommend Reddi Services to anyone.

Amazing service.The water wouldn't turn off on my gardenhose and the service technician repaired it perfectly. OMG, thank you for coming to my rescue today. Fantastic work ethics.

My Service Specialist was Justin Thompson. He showed up, told me exactly what he was going to do, was up front about what possibly could go wrong with my pipes (they were a bit corroded), and then cleaned up after himself when he was done. My sink was cleaner after he was done than it had ever been underneath. He joked around with me and was generally a super cool but professional guy. I definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

Tim came out to see if we needed new sewer pipe outside. He gave us good information and sent Phelan and Damion out to run the camera, the cost of which would be covered if we decided on repair work. Phelan and Damion found the sewer pipe is not broken, that there is just a lip that occasionally builds a dam and advised us a power flush stool would help grind stuff up. All three men were professional and informative. We paid for the camera work and are very pleased with their service!! We plan to call them for future issues. Thank you!!

We would highly recommend Reddi services for septic repair/installation. It was a huge surprise but they were so professional and helpful on what the best solution would be. Tim came out and helped us find a solution, and Tyler and his crew got us a whole new septic system in just three days. We were only without septic for 4 ish hours. With a 6 month old baby that was a life saver!! They were very professional and kind, easy to work with. We were very impressed and the cost was not horrible compared to other companies. I recommend this company even though they checked out my system and found nothing wrong. Jose was my service guy and he was great. Most repair guys would have fed a line that my system was about to go out but Jose was knowledgeable and truthful not only fully checking out my system but gave helpful hints how to do preventive maintenance and and resolving any issues myself. He even took time to give helpful hints what I should look for when I do install a water heater myself. He took the time to discuss my various project in a way that he seemed like a neighbor coming over to have a friendly chat..
He seemed to reflect the whole company's attitude. I talked with one of the customer service personnel for almost an half a hour on the issue with my AC. Gave me every helpful hint to make sure I didn't wase my money paying for their service when I can resolved the issue myself.
I highly recommend this place.
