Hey guys, if I could give one of your employees a 1-10, I'd give him an 12. I'm talking about Dylan Sommer, he was there to unclog a drain in the basement and as he was doing that, I was messing with my tub barrel trap so he could run a snake down it as well. Well, it was so old that the metal shattered and now I have a greater problem. But after Dylan got done with the drain, he came right over to help me figure out how we can fix this mess I made. Polite, professional and just a great young man. He had parts in the truck and stayed there and fixed my mistake. I couldn't thank him enough. If all your employees are like this, other plumbing companies don't even need to exist. Thank you again Dylan.

Damion was amazing!! No extra charge for weekend/holiday or after-hours. He came in, explained in-depth what needed to be done and the cost. Went straight to work, did exactly what he said and fixed the issue immediately.

I had 3 separate visits from a service man Brandon Woltz who had to on the third visit go into about a 20 in crawl space and replace drains for the toilet and tub and the cast iron stack. He solved odd problems he encountered with the old system and got everything up and running again. Very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job thank you again

We had Reddi out to pump a septic tank. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain to me how a septic system is supposed to operate, giving me a better understanding of the issues we were experiencing

I love working with this company. They don't charge extra for weekend service and the past two times I've needed them it was on a weekend. This time is was a backed up sink. Damion cleared the drain but suspected a larger problem. He gave us several options and clearly explained the cost of each option. We went with the option that he recommended as the best solution to run a camera through the main line. Sure enough, it proved to be correct and there were tree roots causing the issue. He also found a low spot in the pipe that could be a potential issue in the future and went through the trouble to help us mark the location. He then contacted the outside crew to get a verbal estimate for future repairs and a formal bid was emailed promptly the following business day. In addition, I have called them on other issues in the past that and they have directed me in locating and fixing the issue on my own. To me, that shows the integrity of the company and instills trust that they aren't going to try to sell me services that aren't needed.

Reddi Services is great to work with. Michael, our service specialist, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be using Reddi Services for all our future needs!

Damien and Dylan did a wonderful job at our house today. They were quick, professional, and explained everything. They cleaned up and were respectful of our home. Highly recommended.
