Zach Shreve was very kind and helpful explaining to a 76 yr old woman exactly what the toilet leakage problem was and how he would fix it. He had a trainee, Ta, with him and he was very nice and they worked very well together. Zach is a great person to train others. Due to their great service and my confidence in them, I signed up and paid for the yearly package including air and heat service.

Updating this to a 1 star, id give 0 if I could.
Had another person come out, they took a pipe off which was clogged like we told reddi services. Water poured out and the pipe was full of hair and sludge. It took 20minutes to fix the problem. Septic tank is fine and does not need pumped either.

I suggest avoiding reddi services as the quality of their technicians has gone down drastically. Feeling like we were taken advantage of as the tech saw two single women as an easy target. Continued to push for us to pay for extra services before finishing the actual job.

Normally have a great experience with reddi services. Today was not one. They're quick to come out, same day service which we appreciate and always have. We've never had a complaint until today.

Called about a main line clog as clean water was not going out of the house but instead diverting through the overflow pipe, along with info that a toy was washed down the bathtub drain so the bathroom sink and tub were also not draining properly. We needed both issues fixed

The young guy who came out today undid the mainline clog so water is now leaving through the mainline vs diverting to the overflow but would not unclog the bathroom line because our septic tank needs pumped. This means having an additional plumbing service come out AFTER we pump our tank to undo the blockage in the drain we called about. Would not even attempt to run a camera or anything down the line to see what the issue is either.

Feeling like we were given the short end of the stick as he wants to charge us twice the fee to come out when it could have all been solved at one time. Likely taking our business elsewhere after this.

Nathan Peppers was the best he came in and got the job done , also made suggestions on how to prevent it from get worse, everything was done with a smile and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Nathan will for sure get a call back if i ever need any help with the sink and dishwasher. Thanks again Reddi services

The sewer in my basement backed up and I called Reddi Services at 5pm on a Saturday evening. Damion showed up at my front door by 6:00pm and did a very professional job! He assessed the situation and asked several questions. He even discovered a potential rusting pipe leak. Within an hour the sewer was cleared and everything was cleaned up and back to normal. I highly Damian and Reddi Services for fast, professional and efficient service!

Had the pleasure of experiencing REDDI services employee Daniel Schesser today. We had a back up that another company didn't solve a couple of months ago.
Daniel properly diagnosed and relieved the clog. He inspected the plumbing thoroughly as I'm in a 100 year old house and gave me some advice and things to look out for. Similar to a trusted mechanic.
No $4it, this Guy was good!

Daniel came and was very informative. He not only cleared our drain in our basement but game me some insight how to keep the roots from clogging my pipes. We have always received good service from this company.

Justin was the best. He was fast and cleaned up afterwards. He took the time to explain what was happening. Best of all he showed up even though it was late in the evening. I thought I was going to have to go another day without using water but I didn’t have to! Thank you Justin! Reddi Services really do employ Heroes!!

Great service from Reddi Plumbing. Reddi employee Dalton was professional and knowledgeable about his craft. We were fortunate to get this company and their employee to repair our troubles.

Reddi Services was wonderful and professional in helping me get set up with an appt and keeping me informed about our service repair and when the tech would arrive. I would refer our tech, Jim Alley ! He was very nice and infomative as we didn't know much about gas leaks or stoves. He was able to find our leak and give great advice as well as checked our water heater to make sure we had got the pilot light. Thank you Jim Alley, and thank you Reddi Services! I highly recommend this company for any home needs!

I have used Reddi Services for sewer and drain cleanings over many years and have always been satisfied with the response times and quality of their work. This was the first time that I encountered a problem. I requested a cleaning of the main sewer line which appeared to cause a backup in the basement floor drain. Cleaning the main line did not clear the problem with the floor drain and had spread to a nearby toilet. I reported the problem and requested a plumber with more experience than the original young man. Mac Lucas arrived the same day that the problem was reported and was able to assess the total problem and clear the clog in the floor drain and toilet in a timely and professional manner. Problems cannot always be prevented, but I could not be happier with Mac Lucas and his response to the problem.
