Damion and Devin came today and cleared my drain. They were very helpful and courteous. I appreciated their thoroughness.

Zachary in KC was amazing from the minute he arrived. This is an older home with cast iron pipes converted to PVC inside. Zachary came inside and quickly assessed that the problem was in the backyard line to main City sewer line. He worked tirelessly for hours to clear a bunch of debri and then would camera with me to show me improvement. He would not settle for anything less than multiple attempts to be sure that it would rid the line of all, paper, tree roots, etc. He is the person to ask for when making a call to the company for any of your plumbing issues!

We were having issues with the grease trap in our kitchen and Michael was able to come out the same day and take a look at it. Not only was he able to fix the problem but he gave us some great preventative tips!

I highly recommend Reddi Services to anyone. I've used them a few times and I've had great experience each time. I want to give a shout out to Zach my service tech for doing such a great job. He had to park down the road because there was work being done on my street, so he had to haul his equipment 2 blocks to get to my house and he never complained once. Thank you Zach....

We just had them clean all the drains at our Body Shop that haven't been cleaned in years. They did an amazing job without disrupting our business. I highly recommend them for anyone considering their services.

We always use reddi services. The prices are reasonable, they are quick at getting a tech out and our problems are fixed in a timely manner. Damion was our tech this last time. He was friendly, polite, professional and got our drained cleared in no time. Definitely would recommend him and reddi services to everyone.

I called reddi and they gave me a quote 1000 less than my usual company they were out the next business day and installed a riser to my septic tank and got it pumped out soon after everyone that came out did a great job and are greatly appreciated I highly recommend them for their professionalism price and most importantly knowledge to do the job right and only do what's necessary

These guys are awesome. My sewer backed up, they came and looked at it, turned out my line outside was cast iron and rotted out. They explained everything very well, I had them replace it and the crew that came out worked there butts off and got it done pretty quick. Vary happy.

He explained everything needing to be done, in great detail, so I could understand what the work entailed. He gave me a clear and very reasonable estimate. During my whole repair, he was very conscientious and respectful of my home and property. He also took the time to assure me that he would not leave until the problem was fixed. He completed his work, taking care of every small detail. He checked and rechecked everything to make sure all issues had been resolved. Afterwards, he did a really great job cleaning up the terrible mess that was made (because of the type of repair that was done). Zach went above and beyond what I expected of him. He is my hero!
