Our AC unit died during the hottest week of the year and our furnace was on its way out as well. Jake came out and gave me an honest assessment that my system was very old and needed to be replaced. The pricing was several thousand dollars below what we were quoted from other companies. There was no pressure sale at all and the options we were given were for what we needed and nothing more. I also liked that all of the systems are manufactured in the US. The crew showed up early and replaced both the ac and the furnace. Great customer service, great price and very high quality work. We will never use another company.

Great service and company with Jake, not only was the price competitive vs the other quotes I received but the workmanship and customer service was top notch along the way. Erin did a great job communicating scheduled services as well as being very responsive to any questions and feedback. Did not get the names of the 2 different technicians that have done my seasonal service check ups, but they were both professional and efficient. All of this while the whole team working around how hard it is for me to work in any scheduled services into my abnormal routines. Greatly appreciated.

Our furnace stopped working and we were without heat during the extremely cold winter storm. I called Patriot Heating and they had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. Jake joined the technician to help figure out what the issue was. Jake and his team are polite, professional and will work as long as needed to make sure they fix the issue. Jake even followed up with us a few hours later to make sure our heat was still working. I would highly recommend Patriot Heating.

Have used Patriot for HVAC preventative maintenance and recently had them replace my furnace, A/C unit, water heater and add a water softener. Jake, the owner, came personally to my house for the initial visit. His quote for a new air conditioner was way better than the competition's "deal." At the time of install, he recommended a new furnace as well, and we should have listened!!! Sure enough, we needed it 6 months later. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They totally took care of us again, and at a great price. Jake and his team are very polite, and let my kids watch the whole time. Highly recommend!!!
