Our a/c went out and I called them at 7:45 pm on Friday evening and Gabe showed up at 8:15 and replace the bad part and was finished at 8:45. He was very nice and did a great job. Very pleased with Patriot and will definitely use them again.

The staff I spoke with were polite and came out quickly to assess the AC unit that went out. Quote was roughly $1000. Had a second opinion found the actual cause was a part that was $20 with a $75 travel fee.

Update: Jake the owner of Patriot reached out to offer a refund. I explained that I was disappointed in the techs assessment and that if a previous associate had not of come by we would have been paying much more.

I appreciate his willingness to make things right.

Very professional from start to finish! We were in need of 2 complete new HVAC systems. Our 2 old systems were original to our 25+ year old home and had a good run but, were not working properly and needed replacing. Jake the owner came out, checked things over, and determined our heating and cooling needs. Very easy to work with. On installation day, the installers were very prompt arriving before 7AM, professional, and worked hard all day. They had both systems installed, and up and running by 3PM! Unbelievable! Our furnace died New Year's Day, during a horrible cold spell. I'm pretty tough etc. I tried my best to figure it out/fix it myself, set contingency plans, and put off calling anyone because I assumed I could not get any expert over the holiday weekend during extreme cold. When I finally took my friends' and co-workers' suggestion, Patriot Heating was here in an hour. They are local and awesome.

Their team was extremely professional. Mike gave me fair bids (not cheap, fair) for repair steps we could test versus HVAC replacement. I opted for replacement and the team was here at 7am in 4 degree weather on that Sunday morning. You should see them work. I am so impressed and have full faith in this team. They warranty their work as well. I usually get second and third bids; I'm a single Mom and contractors often note that and use and abuse it. Here, I felt like I was dealing with professionals who cared about the quality, integrity, and longevity of their work like I do. Highly recommend.

Explained all the options and was transparent in the process. They are also very knowledgeable and looked for wya to maximize efficiency within our system. 5 stars is well deserved.

I purchased an a/c system for my sister’s house in July of this year after getting three bids. Jake with Patriot was the best offer and value. Patriot also got the a/c installed for her within a week! My own a/c just died and I once again got three bids for the install. Patriot again had the best price and best value and again was able to get the new a/c installed within one week. I appreciate Jake’s straightforward approach to the issue without any sales pressure.
