Patriot Heating & AC

I hardly need to write a review because I just noticed that Patriot has a perfect 5 star rating with well over 100 reviews. That alone says something. I have never seen any other business of any kind accomplish that impressive feat. But regardless, I was so impressed with Jake and his guys at Patriot that I have to add my own voice to the rest. Jake came in with a quote several thousand less than the others that I had received and the system he recommended, he showed through a consumer report, to be the best brand on the market. I noticed from the same report that the other quotes I was getting were for brands towards the bottom of list on that report. So he was able to give me a far superior system for thousands less. On top of that Jake and his guys are super friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They are strait shooters. We were delighted. I would without a doubt recommend Patriot to anyone.

Jake's knowledge was the reason we chose Patriot. From the free estimate to the final install, he did a great job educating and explaining what was really going on. His team did an astounding job installing our new furnace and AC. We highly recommend Patriot. They are professional and fair.

Nobody likes having to make a service call during the dead of winter, but when I call Jake at Patriot Heating & AC, I at least know that I'll be getting fast service, won't overpay, and won't have to deal with pushy salesmen who I don't trust.

This last time was bad, we had to completely replace our HVAC system. But Jake had his team here the very next day at 7am ready with everything they needed to get the job done. The new equipment looks great, they cleaned up after themselves, they helped us make good decisions about some future work that needs to be done. And most importantly I feel like the work was done with high quality and will last a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patriot Heating & AC to anyone (and often do recommend them on my Facebook groups).

Typical AC stops during summer heat. Contacted them on Sunday morning and they came out that morning. They could tell we needed to replace AC and Furnace which were over 20 years old. They rearranged their schedule and arrived by Tuesday morning with best replacements. Cody and Mike were just awesome to work with as well as Jake the owner who is a veteran. They completed it as indicated in four hours plus added air scrubber for a big mold issue we didn't know existed in the AC. Very responsive and provide ongoing service. Highly recommend!!

We had been hearing an awful noise from our ac. It died. Called Patriot and they came out the same day. Jake is an amazing person. He showed us what was wrong. Gave us a couple of choices to fix the problem with up front pricing. Under an hour start to finish. AC is working better than the last few years and is so quiet. Jake is a veteran, a family man and I highly recommend Patriot to anyone who wants great service. Thanks Jake!!

After the initial estimate we wanted to take the weekend to think about having a new furnace and A/C unit installed. Monday morning they called for a follow up and was scheduled for the install Friday morning 0700. Jake arrived at 0650 and began right away. Him and his guys were professional throughout the install. Answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable. His passion for his worked really showed. The whole process from removal of old furnace and a/c to the install and testing of the new system was under 4 hours! Quick, efficient and quality. Left the place clean and with smile. Great company. Offered savings without asking and never tried to sell me more than what I needed. Will use these guys for any other service I may need regarding HVAC.

Okay, so I have never heard of this company before and the only reason I found out about them was because my neighbor had them out to his house and me being the curious neighbor that I am I peeked and looked them up on Google and honestly was shocked to see so many good reviews. Well today my tenant contacted me letting me know that his AC was not working and I initially called another company, but then I remembered about Patriot that I saw at my neighbor's house like months earlier. And I am so glad I called. Gabe was the person that went out to service the AC unit and he did such an amazing job but other than that it was really his customer service. He was just so nice and he explained to me exactly what was going on and he got a it repaired and honestly just the best service ever like I got off the phone with a smile. So grateful for this company and I will be calling back soon to have them out to my house to get my own HVAC unit inspected and make sure everything's running great. 100% recommend this company.

Needed a new AC unit. Got two quotes. Patriot was better value and much better to work with. Took time to explain details and didn’t try to upsell like the other company. Will use them again.

I really can't say enough great things about Patriot. I used Jake to install a new furnace and AC about 5 or 6 years ago when he was just getting started. I was so impressed that back then, even as a one man show just getting started, he was so professional, had a professional looking truck and forms and shirts. I've seen some guys who are just starting with a magnet slapped on an old truck. Anyway, at the time they were the 3rd or 4th bid and were the lowest, add that to the first impression and I was sold. Jake did a great job. I've had him back every year, twice a year for maintenance and he now has a tech named Mike who works for him. Mike is equally great. Very professional. We've had some issues that needed repairs (luckily covered under my warranty since I do the maintenance) and they have all been handled promptly. I can count on Jake to answer my call or text any time and come out asap. I love the fact that he keeps on me about my maintenance appointments because honestly I would forget and then my warranty would be out of date. I highly recommend Patriot to everyone who ask (and many who don't :-) )

Excellent service.

I had been having a recurring issue with an apparent leak. I needed someone quickly. Jake managed to work me in the same day, doing the work himself, albeit he had a lot of other business to tend to at the time.

It was a second visit by someone from his company. Both times, the individuals were very informative and able to quickly answer any questions I had.

It's difficult these days to find people and companies that take pride in what they do and complete jobs efficiently and correctly. This company does.

I will definitely use this company going forward.
