No again. The reason we chose to go with Patriot was because Jake didn't try to just sell us a system, he tailored a solution to fit our needs & budget. When Jake & Mike came to perform the install they were courteous, professional & respectful of our home.

When my existing 16-year old HVAC system failed during a heat wave, Patriot was able to schedule install of a new system within 2 days. There was an issue with the original install but the owner personally came over first thing next day and did everything necessary to make sure every aspect of the installation met high quality standards. The company stands behind its quality guarantee and will make sure you get top-notch work and great value!

our new furnace and ac is amazing. Patriot even fixed the venting for my water heater for no additional cost. When I accidentally cut some wires to my AC with the grass trimmer they came out the next day and fixed it. And made so I cannot do that again. lol.

Very fast and professional. Clean up could have been much better. Quality of the furnace box install could have been much tighter. Several follow up issues already but they have been quick to address.

Patriot did a great job on the install of our new AC, heater and hot water heater. Jake( (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The install was quick, less than a day. I trusted him and will continue to give them my business.

I called Patriot on a Sunday morning because our furnace wasn't working. Mike was here within about an hour and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Mike was professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Patriot to anyone!!!

Jake, the owner, came out to take a look at our whole house humidifier which had stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to replace and why. I have full trust that anything they do will be done the right way and at a fair price. I strongly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs!
