Patriot Heating & AC

Our AC went out on a Sunday (Father’s Day). Patriot was able to have a technician come out and replace our AC within a couple of hours. They were professional, fast and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this company!

Our ac went out two days before I was scheduled to have rotator cuff surgery. Patriot was very responsive and the owner came out within an hour of calling them. Jake was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about everything, and explained what he was doing. He tried to get our unit running but the capacitor was blown. He showed my husband what happened and was very honest. We had to buy a new unit, as ours was too old to be fixed. Jake didn’t pressure us at all. He came back the next morning while I was in surgery and installed the unit so I could have a cool house to come home to. I cannot say enough good things about this veteran owned and operated company. They are trustworthy and professional and don’t try to sell you unnecessary stuff. They also use American made products which we loved. Don’t hesitate to use this small business!!! You won’t be sorry!!

Jake and the Patriot Team by far, hands-down, with no question provided the best experience I could have asked for. They were over the top in their professionalism, knowledge, and customer focus. Although I hope I never have to replace my system again, but if that day comes it would be an easy decision to pick Patriot again!

Our AC died and 90 degree weather was coming in two days! The AC was 17 years old, Patriot helped us keep the system running as long as it could. When we called Patriot with our latest AC crisis, after looking at it the diagnosis was grim. Jake and his Technicians Mike and Louis came to our home and installed a new AC and furnace the next day! We have been customers of Patriot for 8 years, their response is quick, friendly and professional. They took care of us in our time of need for an honest fair price and didn't try to "up-sell" us. We love Patriot Heating & AC! Jake and his guys are hardworking and honest. Thank you Jake, Mike, Louis for the great work!

I woke up to my house being 52 degrees during one of the coldest seasons we’ve had in a very long time. Quickly realized my furnace was no longer working. Checked Angie’s List and called a couple Heating and Air repair places that stated 24 hour service. After leaving 2 messages and never receiving a call, I called Patriot. Left the same message as I had on the other recordings and within a couple of minutes I received a call from Jake, owner of Patriot Heating and AC. This was around 600 am and by 715, he was at my house and ready to diagnose the problem. It didn’t take him long to discover my unit was in need of replacement. 21 years old.... I guess it was time. He quickly got to work, had a new unit installed with a new thermostat, cleaned up any mess he had made and was finished by 1100.
Bottom line.... he made our unfortunate, unexpected problem a priority and literally came to our rescue. His kindness, attention to detail and professionalism was better than I have ever experienced before. I even got a follow up message later that evening just to make sure all was going well!
If you’re in need of anything heating and air, I’d definitely recommend Patriot! Not only do I want to publicly thank Jake for taking care of us on that day, but I also want to thank him for his service, as he is also a veteran!

In the past I knew HVAC companies would respond in a week or so but when we called they sent out a qualified person to give us an accurate estimate. It was less than 24 hours after our decision that they brought out the equipment at 7 AM when they said they would. By 10 AM they had completed the removal, replacement the complete HVAC system and was running! Absolutely amassed that it only took 3 hours! The new unit cool down the house by 11 AM. Jake said we should feel a more even temperature though out the house. He was right. It has never in the 23 years I have lived here has that been true. I will never call anyone else for HVAC work. on a scale of 1-10 they are a 12!

We've used Patriot for a new heating and air unit, installed an air scrubber, and new hot water heater. Both the air and water were practically emergencies and they helped us the same day, so the service is tremendous. But we also sincerely appreciated the expertise. The air scrubber was their suggestion and has really helped my wife's allergies.

Jake was great to work with from the beginning of this process. He’s very personable, honest hard working and has passion for his job. All the follow up questions I had, he answered very quickly. On the installation day, Jake and his team - Mike and Shane were great. On time, gave me updates during the install and finished in 4.5 hours - for the AC, Furnace, Hot water heater, water softener and humidifier....great work by these guys. Patriot is the way to go!

Patriot owner, Jacob, was respectful and did a nice job explain what was going on with my current system and the options I had for repair or replacement in order for me to make an informed decision.
Then, when they came to install they were punctual when they arrived, carefully with my home, quality installation, and they got it completed in a very timely manner, and then took the time to talk me through the work they had done and the warranty information. They also treated each other (tech and owner) with respect and were pleasant to have in my home.
