So happy with their services and professionalism. No pushy sales, very knowledgeable and great pricing. I’ve used other competitor A/C services that provided less than desirable results with jacked up costs. This company is the real deal! My parents used them for a A/C tune up and they were really impressed…which is not an easy task.

Hats off to Patriot Heating & Cooling. We came home from being out with friends to find our A/C unit quit working on Saturday evening (08/06/22), a 100* day. The next morning we called Patriot, to come out & check our A/C unit.

About an hour after Mike arrived, It was determined that our (old) unit was installed incorrectly & leaking from defective coils within the unit. We asked how long it would take to get a new one to replace it. Within 5-hours, on a hot & humid Sunday, our technician had the new system installed a running!

Jake and Mike are very professional and knowledgeable of the products that they install and service. I'm somewhat of a tech nerd and like to know details about things and Jake was more than willing to share his knowledge with me. In about 4 1/2 hours they ripped out and replaced my A/C, furnace, hot water heater, and an old nasty water softener.

I also appreciate that Jake, being a veteran, takes care of his fellow vets. In my last home he replace a part in my old AC unit to get me by while I was deciding on total replacement. When I decided to replace the whole system he applied the cost of the part toward my new system and said that he would donate it to a fellow service member.

Patriot Saved the Day! My 26 yr old central air unit finally croaked. It was 98 degrees on a Saturday but I figured I could hack it until Monday w/o a/c. NOT! I called three companies on Sunday. Only Patriot called me back and on the same day. On Monday before noon - they had a new unit installed and running. BTW, the two other companies never returned my call.

We have been customers of Patriot since fall of 2016. Jake and his crew have always been so great. They are an honest company and work extremely hard. We moved to a new house and when our AC unit went out, they were quick to respond and diagnose the problem and installed the new unit very quickly. I would highly recommend Patriot heating and ac.

Very, very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of service. Patriot did a kitchen plumbing job for us. From scheduling to the actual work, Patriot kept us informed at every step. Our plumber showed up on time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. We'll definitely be asking them to take care of our needs in the future. Service done right!

Our AC died Friday night Labor Day weekend -- we called at 5:45 pm and Steven was here by 7 pm. Steven was very courteous, explained our options thoroughly, set-up our next appt to replace the AC and furnace, AND repaired the existing AC so we could enjoy the holiday weekend in comfort. Thank you, Steven, it was wonderful meeting you and we look forward to working with you next week and on any future service needs that may come up.

Patriot was extremely responsive and great to work with! They had someone out to my rental property with an hour, and came back the next day to perform all necessary work. The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We had our furnace, AC, and water heater all replaced at the same time. Jake and Mike were fantastic. They even came on their day off because our water heater crapped out. This was two weeks ahead of our scheduled time. They were both very knowledgeable and efficient. Jake answered all our questions and walked us through how to use our fancy new system. One of our old pipe fittings busted and they fixed it free of charge as well. I would recommend Patriot to anyone and everyone.

Great experience from quote to install. Mike & Joe showed up early & got right to work. They answered all questions and left my home impeccable after install. I'm very pleased.
