We were impressed with Patriot's repair job last year, so we had them come back to replace our HVAC. Absolutely great service and quality products. The purifier they recommended after listening to us talk about allergies was great, and we had the best allergy season ever. As an added bonus, the owner listened very graciously to our talkative 10yo!

I had several companies give me an estimate for a furnace and A/C replacement. Patriot was very competitive from a pricing comparison but their knowledge and professionalism is what impressed me. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and their service demonstrates it. I would definitely recommend Patriot Heating and AC.

I submitted the review above a couple years after I made my decision to have Patriot install our new furnace and A/C. I just wanted to add that I have continued to use Patriot for my furnace and A/C maintenance checks since that time and am very pleased. Jake and Mike are always on time, courteous and helpful. I have also had no issues with my units since installation but if I did, I would trust Patriot to take care of me. Good people and a good company.

We have used Patriot Heating and Cooling since 2014. There isn’t anyone in the KC area can compete with their services and follow up. We just had a new toilet installed and new hot water tank and a new UV light Scrubber for allergies! Jake and his team are the best! They always respond to any call quickly and replace or repair only what is needed!

Jake was very responsive and professional when estimating our HVAC replacement job. Jake answered all of my wife's questions about the quality of the system and was thorough in his explanations. He and his crew were punctual and efficient during the installation, which occurred before the extreme cold snap in Feb 2021. Our system has been functioning well since installation. We are pleased with the service we received and look forward to working with them, and recommending them, in the future.

The guys at Patriot were great to work with. My furnace went down after hours and the owner picked up the phone when I called and sent someone out to troubleshoot within 45 minutes. Unfortunately my 18 year old unit needed replaced and within 18 hours they had a new furnace installed. Temperatures were extremely low so I was completely relieved they could get heat back on in my house within 24 hours after my furnace went out. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews on products/services but I knew after our appointment with Patriot that I had too. Our A/C went out on Monday and of all weeks it of course was scheduled to be about 100 degrees for 5 days straight. My wife and I were panicking wondering how we were going to get through the next couple of days because we believed that we would not be able to get someone here to help repair or replace our unit. We gave a call to Patriot on Tuesday morning and Jake was able to graciously meet us asap. We met at about 9:30 in the morning and you can just tell in the first few seconds that Jake is genuinely nice guy. Which you know is hard to find with this type of work. We looked at our old unit which was about 15 years old and the compressor was going out.

We chatted for about an hour going over the options and he was giving me great information on what exactly was going on, his recommendations for getting AC back up running in the house. We decided on going with a brand new unit that was a lot more efficient than the fossil we previously had. They were able to come out that next morning at 7 am to install our system, and that afternoon (which had a heat index of 110) my wife, son and I were sitting comfortably in the living room watching tv.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of Patriot Heating and Cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that we meet.

We have used patriot at our last 3 homes (over the last 6 or 7 years) and they have always provided outstanding service. They are always prompt, professional, and available within a reasonable time frame. They have responded when our HVAC was totally down and it was the middle of the hot summer and helped us out so we didn’t have to suffer in the heat. Anytime we had issues they always knew what was wrong and how to fix it without breaking the bank. We have used them for installation at new properties, maintenance at properties with older units, even when we smelled a strange smell coming from an old unit and they always knew exactly what to do. Most recently they did a new installation for us after we got a bid from a different company that was way more money on an inferior unit. The owner Jake is very present, always honest, and does amazing work. I know that he and his employees are looking out for my best interest and not their bottom dollar. Their employees have all been amazing. Anytime someone is looking for HVAC service I always suggest they get a bid from Patriot because I know they will take good care of them as a customer. I have many friends who have used them residentially and with rental properties and they all say the same thing - you can’t find someone better quality, better service, or better integrity anywhere in Kansas City. I can’t sing their praises enough.

We had a great experience with Patriot. We had a nightmare situation with a previous company that installed the wrong size unit. Needless to say, it caused all kinds of problems. Jake came in and was honest, competitive with price and offered a great warranty. He put in a great unit and we are so thankful. We highly recommend Patriot!

We called Patriot at 8:30pm on a Thursday night because our A/C wasn't working (it had been in the upper 90's that day). Someone was at our house just after 9. He found that the motor was burnt out. He replaced it within 45 minutes and gave us $100 off if we would get on twice-a-year maintenance plan for our furnace and A/C to avoid such issues from occurring again. We did so gladly. They were very courteous, efficient and reasonably priced.

Update: Several years later, we are so happy we found Patriot and are on their maintenance plan! We get first priority when an issue arises (like our 20-year old water heater finally ceasing to operate), they are efficient with their work, and the prices are competitive. I was out of town once, and my mom got the weed wacker tangled up with the AC wiring! Jake came out and fixed it, had a great conversation with my dad while he was working, and never even charged me. This is the kind of service you'd only expect from a good friend or family member. But that's how they do business. We enjoy seeing them when they come to see us, and have nothing but great things to say.
