Very pleased with the staff at Patriot Heating and Cooling. They are responsive to text messages, professional and personable. The quote received for a new HVAC system and Water heater was a third of price of the competition. Very pleased with them and I would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

They resonded with an hour of when I placed my call whoch was after 5PM. i knew I had a very old system and they were at my house before 8am the next day installing a new unit. Reasonable price. Everyone I've interacted with was professional. Well done Patriot!

We’ve used patriot for years on our air conditioning and our furnace went out. They were the first company to respond and get out quickly and took our lack of heat in 32° weather seriously. Compassionate real people are hard to find in service anymore but patriot is just that! Quickly installed the new system and comes with a warranty. American made parts and veteran discount! Such a blessing.

Jake and his crew were amazing! Patriot came highly recommended to us though we’d never previously heard of them. Jake (the owner) personally bid the project and walked us through options for replacing furnace/water heater, air conditioner (as we had planned to replace them all at the same time as they were all 20+ years old, and had selected three companies from whom to receive a bid). He spent an hour with us, answered every question and provided a quote in writing. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Once we decided on Patriot, we had a install date within days. On installation day, Jake arrived with his crew right on time and installed/supervised the installation work, had all parts, and the work was done efficiently and timely. Warranty and rebate information was provided. We also had them install a whole-home humidifier and UV air cleaner.

Every member of the Patriot team in our home that day was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated their willingness to answer questions and ensure we were happy with our service. They left their workspace clean and clearly marked. I will recommend them to any family member, friend or stranger any day of the week.

When my home wasn’t hearing well during a very cold spell, Patriot came out right away and addressed the problem. I made the decision to convert my old electric heat pump system to a gas system and can really see a difference. Jake and Mike were great about explaining my new system to me and were very professional.

We called Patriot this morning after receiving a recommendation from friends. It has been right around 0 degrees or below for a couple of days and after we had a rolling power outage yesterday, our heater failed to work. Woke up to 45 degrees in the house this morning. Called Patriot at 10am and they arrived before 11am. The techs, Mike and Cody, were the best. Very professional, wore masks and shoe covers, were very pleasant (despite it being 5 degrees and snowy). They took care of our problem and fixed our heat within an hour. I was very surprised at how affordable the process was...feared the worst and got the best! We will definitely use and recommend Patriot Heating & AC for any heating and cooling needs. Plus they are locally owned here in Shawnee!

Jake & his crew recently installed a new furnace at my home and our experience was wonderful. Jake personally took the time to go over some important details, including issues found during the installation, and made sure I understood all options available before his team proceeded with the installation. The technicians were courteous and thorough.

Hired them to diagnose and repair AC system. They stated my unit was a "known problem unit" and suggested replacement. I hired another HVAC firm who repaired the unit for $300.

Six-months later I hired them to repair a furnace. They said it was not repairable and suggested replacement. I hired another HVAC company who repaired the unit for under $200.

I am of the opinion that they suggest replacing units before properly diagnosing them. Both Technicians were polite and seemed knowledgeable, but I can't help thinking I was being sold something I did not need in both cases.
