Harrington Brothers did a spectacular job installing my new air conditioning unit! They came out to inspect it same-day, and had a new unit installed within 2 days of calling. They also did not oversell me, which is hard to find these days.
Their prices are very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Ask for Kevin & Trent - they were great!
Do not use these guys, they will not back their own work. We bought a new home with a HVAC system that they had installed eight months ago. As soon as the AC stopped working I called Harrington to repair it. The technician that was sent did not have the proper tools to complete the job. I had to lend him a socket to get into the unit and once in, he lacked the tools to test the equipment. After making several phone calls to troubleshoot the problem he informs me that we will have to call someone else to come and repair it since they did not have the necessary part nor the time to do so themselves. This was at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend in which we were having family come to visit. To make matters worse, the most likely cause of the equipment failure was improper installation.
Harrington Brothers answered my phone call 40 minutes before their business hours opened and were very respectful and understood my urgency as our AC had stopped working. Kevin was at my house by 2:00 PM that afternoon. He was very respectful and easy to talk with. he had the problem fixed in 30 minutes and the system was back up and running. I highly recommend Harrington Brothers!
I’ve been a long time LOYAL customer to Harrington Brothers Co.... but the service and unprofessional response from Chrissy this morning, was a joke! I waited two days without my a/c unit working, fully aware that I could call a 24 hour service but chose to wait until they reopened on Monday to give them the business. Chrissy just lost them another customer and by the looks of the reviews, I’m not the first!!! Not only was she rude and unprofessional, it was like she intentionally wanted to pick a fight. Not only was I shocked by her behavior, it left me at a loss for words. I can’t believe this woman is who they want representing their company. I hope Chrissy finds peace in her life. Life is way too short to be that bitter and have an ugly heart! Good luck to the company and I wish them well.... their going to need it. July 20, 2020.
I am so thankful for this company! They installed our equipment in late 2004 and have been awesome ever since. Their prices are great and the service is spectacular. I honestly can say, "they treat you like family." Julie on the phone is helpful and is always friendly! Keep up the good work and don't change a thing!
Several times we have used Harrington Brothers Heating and Cooling. First time they saved us over $500... When previous company did not honor warrenty we called them and bill was $100 instead of $600+ with another company. Next time inexpensive part needed replacing and was done quickly in high heat time. Honest, Efficient and Trustworthy!
I recently had back surgery and I was having some therapy and unable to get to the phone when it rang. Harrrington Bros. could not give me any time frame that they could come out to look at my broken unit for which they repaired approx. one month ago. Chrisy, the person answering the phone, left one of the rudest messages on my recorder saying I had 5 minutes to return her call or else they were "moving on". I called her immediately when I heard her message and she totally ripped me apart over not being available. Wow, I thought, this women is stressed to the max! She hung up on me twice when I was trying to discuss my schedule. This women is the rudest "service person" I have ever dealt with. Literally, she bought me to tears twice! Soooo unprofessional..After using H.B. for over 15-yrs. I can tell you I will NEVER call on them again. They replaced the Txv value twice recently, placing the bulb upside down, contaminating my whole unit with debris-destroying it, not registering my new unit 5 years ago with the manufacture so I now I must buy a brand new unit!. BUT NOT FROM THEM! Ridiculous~!!
Have done 2 units for me in my buisness. Their follow up and prices are very in line to industry standards. Service Technicians very pleasant to be around
