TOP NOTCH IS REASONABLY PRICED AND HONEST
We had Top Notch evaluate an issue with our Pressure Regulator Valve on the main water line coming into our home. Another company, whom I won't name, said we needed a new valve and quoted us a price of almost $700. I called Top Notch and they quoted a price of $308 for the same job. That was a no brainer. I made an appointment with Top Notch. The service technician, Michael Murray was right on time and went straight to work. The first thing Mike suggested was, "Maybe it just needs adjusted." With a simple turn of a screw on the Pressure Regulator Valve with a screwdriver, the problem was fixed! What!! We were thrilled to pay $109 for the service call, diagnosis, and simple repair. Michael Murray, of Top Notch you are my hero! We have scheduled an appointment for Mike to come back and replace our expansion tank on the water heater. I know we're in good hands.

We have been using Top Notch for many, many years. The technicians are very professional, know their work, and friendly. Joi the office manager is very helpful and tries to fit you in for an appointment when it's convenient for the customer. I would recommend Top Notch to everyone.

So the technicians are “top notch!” Haha. I just have a problem with the customer service department, other than Rebecca who is great. We needed a new part, got a great recommendation from the tech and ordered a new part which was supposedly backordered by months; which we ordered. The part came in in October, I asked if we could take it and hold onto it until spring and Rebecca said no problem, but they technically need to hold it until we wanted it installed in spring, and that’s fine! Now we had to go to Africa for a funeral (my husband is Moroccan) so we didn’t get around to calling until June and Rebecca was very pleasant but transferred me to a lady who was very confrontational. She told me that I canceled my order (I didn’t) and then proceeded to tell me that the quote was only good for 30 days… how does that work when the quote was made in July and the part didn’t come until October? So confused. I asked a couple of questions but she insisted she was right and needed to speak over me. I just appreciate a customer service rep that is solution oriented rather than accusatory, so I’m bringing my business elsewhere!

Your driver was speeding through the parking lot at quick trip and looked straight at me as I was walking to my car and didn’t slow down even though he saw me. I was half to across the road and he swerved around me. He didn’t even slow down!

The service not listed that he also performed for us, in addition to the HVAC maintenance, was our Rainsoft Water Softener system.

Just got our full system replaced by the crew at Top Notch. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Eddie did a fantastic job advising and explaining the various Daikin system options and pricing. Cam, Will, and Tony showed up promptly for our scheduled install and performed masterfully. There is quite an art form to what these guys do and they do it extremely well with precision, detail and professionalism. Very satisfied with my purchase and service.
