I swear this commercial comes on 4 times in a row. During a commercial break almost makes a guy want to throw his ac unit through the screen window with the TV behind it lol.

Eddie came out to provide our fall furnace check. He gave us very detailed information on what was working well and showed us specifically what his concerns were with our main furnace, which is almost 19 years old. He gave us bids on 3 options to replace that furnace when the time comes. When we make that decision, we will have been well-informed and will make the best choice based on that information. Could not be happier with our complete HVAC replacement! From the bid process, through install and follow-up it was professional all the way. Justin led our install with Will assisting, and everything is wonderful. We bought a high efficiency unit which required rearranging and installing new ducting, and the results look great. Justin is a true perfectionist and fun guy. The whole Lennox package makes our house so comfortable, that I set the thermostat 5 degrees colder and can still walk around in flip flops. We had several bids and Top Notch's prices were in line with comparable bids, but the total cost wound up being the most competitive. Home office called every morning to let us know the techs were on the way, and followed up with rebates, warranty, and maintenance scheduling. I'm a fan!

Chandler came out and replaced a non-working part on our furnace and did a great job. I've always had fantastic experience with Top Notch, they have done maintenance work on our units as well as installation of a mini-split system for our detached garage. They always show up when they say the will, and do great work at a reasonable price. Thanks Chandler!

Top Notch did a great job replacing our A/C condenser and coils. The saleswoman was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Top Notch pulls permits on their jobs which indicates that they are competent and have no concerns about a city inspector reviewing their work (so important considering all the fly by night companies out there). Our install passed inspection with flying colors. It was reasonably priced and the whole process was just smooth, professional and easy - exactly how you want it to be when dealing with HVAC. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was a city building codes inspector in two Johnson County municipalities for over fifteen years and inspected countless HVAC systems installed by Top Notch, and every other HVAC contractor working in the area. When it came time to replace my own furnace and air conditioner, I made one call and that was to Top Notch. When doing HVAC inspections, some installers are really "deserving" of the inspector's scrutiny and some don't really need to be scrutinized. Top Notch falls into the group that just rarely had deficiencies in their work...Quite the opposite really....Their work always made me take notice for all the right reasons. I tend to have a critical eye for this sort of thing and am not easily satisfied when it comes to workmanship, especially in my own home. Knowing that Top Notch would deliver a level of workmanship that is much, much better than average, receiving a bid from them was a simple formality in the process for me, as I knew they would be getting my business from the minute I looked up their number to call them. I didn't shop their price because I know their quality, and I know the mediocre quality of work that the habitual low bidders often put out. We are completely happy with our new system and how the process went. They had been doing the service on my old system for a couple years or more always treated me fairly. Without hesitation I highly recommend considering Top Notch for service work or new/replacement installations.

Top Notch is the best heating and cooling company we have found. Our family has used them for years and have always been 100% satisfied from maintenance of our HVAC to replacement of same. When we bought our new house we had another provider that starts with AB for a one year service agreement, that year couldn't end soon enough. We have been back with Top Notch and happy since.
