Mark was assigned to service our Rain Soft equipment. We had some issues with the water softener. He showed me what the issue was and explained what had to be done. After he got the part, he returned, as stated, replaced it, then verified the unit was operating properly. He is knowledgeable and experienced. He patiently answered all questions. Should you need Rain Soft service ask for Mark.

Mark worked on our Water Softener System. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Mark went over the operation of the system and was patient to explain some of the features we had forgotten. Would recommend him for any type of service.

We purchased a water softener system just a little over a year ago. It has been leaking and the salt tank filling with water. Mark came out and spent 2 hours servicing that and our filter system. He was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Professional, kind, very knowledgeable, very thorough. Can't say enough wonderful things about Mark. I had a very serious issue with the water softener which caused my basement to flood. I tried several plumbers who could not make it out until the following day, then I remembered Top Notch handled my softener. They got someone out right away. Such a relief since we were leaving town.

Excellent responsiveness and service for an urgent need of HVAC Furnace replacement at our rental house. Everyone was very professional and easy to contact. Multiple service calls and troubleshooting, always prompt and thorough. We have used Top Notch for annual servicing over the years, and they are very good. my old 90s AC unit broken on Monday (during the HEAT WAVE) The Tech spent a few hours trying to repair it, unfortunately no luck. Top Notch had one opening on Thursday (the same week) every one else was book out 3 weeks. I have a 6month old and a work from home mother. Top Notch saved us. Amazing Team and service.. Thank you Top Notch!!!

During one of the hottest spells of the early summer, our A/C stopped working. We called the company that installed the unit back in 2010, and they sent a tech out to diagnose and repair. After 4.5 hours they failed to identify and repair the problem. I called Top Notch the next day -- on a Sunday morning -- and they arrived about 5 hours later, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Top Notch for quality and reasonably cost service.
