Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I called Top Notch for a second opinion . They came out very quickly and sent Eddie Garcia. This technician was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I hired them to make my repairs and I am so glad I did. Everything is working fine and I trusted their opinion. They now have my business.

Top Notch has been really great since I started using them. Eddie came out to do an annual checkup of my system. He informed me that the 3M filter I was using was not good on my system as it was limiting the air flow. He was also quick, on time and very professional.

I also had to use Top Notch last winter because my furnace was making noise. My home was less than 2 years old. Without even asking Top Notch looked up my system (which was not purchased from them) to see if it was covered under warranty, which it was.

Eddie came out within 30 minutes of my call into Top Notch. He figured out the lines from my humidifier were clogged and causing a slight backup in water runoff, cleared them, rinsed out the drain and was off again. It was a prompt, courteous and productive. This is why I have Top Notch on a maintenance agreement and its so worth it!

Eddie Garcia came to my home today for a scheduled check on my furnace. I had been noticing that the furnace was taking longer than usual to start up. Eddie was able to find the issue and show me what was going on with my furnace. Eddie was professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciate that Eddie was able to explain the situation to me and actually took the time to listen to my questions/concerns. I would highly recommend Eddie and Top Notch!

Our air conditioner quit working on a Thursday night. I called Top Notch and Devon came out right away, we needed a new air conditioner and furnace. I explained that I have allergies and asthma and would need to stay in a hotel until the new unit could be installed. Becky had a crew out to our house the next morning. The crew was phenomenal. They were professional, polite and so accommodating. We have been customers for many years and will be for many years to come. Many Thanks to all of you!!

Top Notch has been a fantastic company to work with. They installed 2 commercial units in my building. They did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They even performed an update from the manufacturer at no cost to me. They work on my home HVAC as well.They have always responded very quickly. I have referred them many times and never heard anything but great feedback.

Top Notch has handled both our commercial and residential HVAC. They have always been very timely, great communications about how the units are running, etc.
I just had an issue at the house on a very hot Sunday night. The technician showed up as requested and they were able to determine the part that had failed. They would have to get this electronic board the next morning and install before the unit could be brought back online. Everything was done as outlined - Awesome service!

Our thermostat stopped working and after trying to troubleshoot we called TopNotch at 7:45 am on muggy Monday. A real person answered and by 8:30, Eddie arrived, masked, gloved and in shoe coverings. He checked everything and said we needed a new thermostat. He didn’t try to up sell any product. He installed the new one and was on his way by 9:30. Very pleasant and professional experience.

I started using Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing about 3 years ago after a neighbor recommended them to me. My experience with this company, all the way from the owner on down to any & all the other employees I have come into contact with has been great. Eddie was over in the spring of last year servicing our units and he made the suggestion that it might be time to replace my heat pumps. Well although this was going to be a huge expense I knew the day had been approaching that I would need to upgrade my system in the house, so a deal was made and the new units have been installed. I can't begin to express how impressed I am with all involved in that process and the results are nothing short of amazing in regards to the comfort in the house as well as the efficiency improvements. I would recommend Top Notch to anyone in the Kansas City area for anything involving heating & cooling. I have yet to use their plumbing services, but my guess is that it would not be any different than their heating & cooling side of the business.
