They raise the prices for absolutely no reason and lie to customers especially about rainsoft equipment to make you think something is wrong They have well known racist working in their office. I would recommend any other company. Poor quality and

Top Notch has performed at a consistently high level since I started using them over a year ago. During my recent AC annual checkup, Blake the technician was very professional and efficient. He explained everything that he was doing and explained why I needed a capacitor. I feel very comfortable using Top Notch.

I tell you we were lucky to run across Top Notch years ago. I am careful with my money and not inclined to buy "service warranty" or "Gold Member" service plans but it is worth it with this company. They are so trustworthy and I feel they are honest with recommendations. I have been with them so long they put in a new system too. Also the lady who answers the phone, Joy, is an outstanding professional too. Eddy the technician is wonderful and I trust him a lot but I have had luck with whomever they send out!

I called Top Notch for yearly maintenance on our Rainsoft water filter and softener system. So glad I did!! Mark is professional, knowledgable, genuine, and a wonderful teacher. I will be confident in calling Top Notch again in the future.

We have had a long relationship with Top Notch Heating & Cooling (now Heating, Cooling and Plumbing). We are accustomed to their professional and high quality AC and Furnace maintenance twice a year. Incidentally, they installed our latest Furnace and AC as well. Today, Eric Sell came to our home to address our gas fireplace which hasn't worked 15+ years. He identified the problem (which was extremely minor) and provided significant value to us as he helped us better understand how to troubleshoot gas fireplace issues and to clean/maintain them. After checking our furnace and attached humidifier he quickly made repairs and has set us up for a quote with the company's newly added water softening product/service (which could help with the hard water issues surfacing in our Heating/Cooling equipment). Eric has surpassed the high standards we have come to expect from Top Notch. Thanks Eric!

We have had a long history with Top Notch and always appreciate their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Today was no exception! AC went out last night - called first thing this morning and Mark was here before 10:00am! He took his time diagnosing the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. He took his time explaining the issue and the best way to optimize the unit this Summer.

Our system was 17 years old, not failing but aged out and the possibility of failing was looming. With expected price increases in 2023 we decided to replace now. They installed a Daikin system quickly and efficiently and it's working perfectly. Feel confident when you have Top Notch take care of your needs, always the best.
