Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We’ve had Top Notch come out for work on our furnace and was provided 3 options, no coercion to get a new furnace like other places always seem to do whenever something comes up.
Matt was our tech, he was very professional and friendly, even friendly to our puppy! (He had a dog biscuit for him!)
This is the second time we’ve used Top Notch, and probably not the last!

We have been with Top Notch for 17+ years and they always take good care of our furnace and air conditioner. We buy one of their yearly packages and they remind me when we need the furnace or the air conditioner serviced. All their service men have been respectful and polite. Great job, Top Notch!

I have been using Top Notch Heating and Cooling for a number of years. The technicians have always been exceedingly knowledgable and courteous. We had Top Notch install a new furnace several years ago. We also have them do regular spring and fall maintenance check ups. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Top Notch installed an entire new HVAC system (gas heater and air conditioner) in less than a day. The technicians were courteous, took the time to explain everything, and also didn't mind when my dog was trying to "inspect". Mike, the owner, even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Afterwards, the city inspector did find an issue with the gas flue line, however, Top Notch was very quick to return and resolve the issue.

I highly recommend this company.

We have used Top Notch for several years. Last night our furnace went out with wind chill below zero. After hours guy came and in good mood! Next day, he was able to find part and I was warming up before noon. Excellent service and highly reccomend. Thank you!

This one's easy: Top Notch cares. It's small enough that they can actually service you like you're their most important customer. I've had several technicians work on different things: A/C, water heater, plumbing, furnace. Neat, tidy, professional, clean, friendly - to a fault. I don't just trust my house keys to these folks. I trust my house!

Top Notch never lets us down! When we kicked on the furnace for the first time of the season something just didn't sound right. So we called Top Notch and they were out within an hour. I mean come on, it was the first week of cold weather this year so you know they had to be swamped, and they still made it out in under an hour. Less than 30 minutes later Eddie was in and out having repaired the issue and keeping us warm! Top Notch for the win!

I honestly wouldn't use any other company. They have gone above and beyond for me every time and do things the right way the first time. They will have my business for years to come and I hope everyone reading this chooses them as well. The office staff (Joy and Becky) are always so friendly, timely and responsive. The technicians I've used (Eric Sr & Jr) are top notch (no pun intended), and they explain things very well. Last, Matt I have always felt like he is looking out for my best interests.
