As a serviceman from Top Notch, Wayne came to provide the yearly checkup for my Air Conditioner Unit at my home at 12873 Bond Street, O.P., Ks.

He was very professional during the entire visit and provided excellent customer service in completing his tasks. He not only did the checkup but he answered all my questions and checked my vents to make sure I would get the maximum benefit of what the air conditioning could provide. Found Top Notch through Angie's List (now Angi). Called and requested a technician to review the heating situation in my newly finished basement. Eddie arrived timely and was both personable and professional. He examined the original and secondary trunk lines and determined that they would not be able to convert them to a zoned system like I had hoped. He agreed with me that a mini-split unit would work but since I was only having heating issues in the basement that solution would be more than I needed as well as somewhat expensive which I agreed with. He then said the third option I had mentioned of baseboard heating would check all the right boxes for the issues I was having, however, I would need to get an electrician to install them. Wow, imagine that a company that is more concerned about the customer than their bottom line. Though I couldn't use them this time I will definitely use them for HVAC work in the future.

We have an HVAC unit that we purchased from Top Notch and also have a maintenance agreement. Yesterday we were scheduled for our bi-annual checkup and we had the pleasure of having Sean as our service technician. Sean was polite and friendly as we expected but Sean was very proactive and attentive to our needs. He installed a bracket on our humidifier hose which has proved to be problematic in the past. He even took the time to review some items on the control panel that I had forgotten how to use. Sean is a great representative for your company. We will be sure to request him on our next visit. After multiple service calls telling me my AC was fine and that I should close my curtains to cool my house, I had another company come out who immediately identified the problem and fixed it after weeks of having a hot house. Not a fan of the way the lady who answered the phone talked to me about the warranty on my 5 year old big dollar Lennox AC that I bought from them, either. It supposedly had a 10 year warranty (the reason we spent the extra money to buy it) but I was shut down when I had questions about it. Probably won't be back.

I’ve had Mike and his technicians install a new system on my townhouse in OP. They were on time and completed the job quickly. Great pricing and excellent service. My wife and have used TopNotch for repairs on our home in Lenexa. As a result of their courtious professional service, now have service agreements for both our homes. Thanks you TopNotch!
