Just had our fall HVAC maintenance performed by Eddie Garcia with Top Notch. As with all their technicians , he arrived on time with a reminder call when he was on his way. You never have to wait and wonder if anyone will indeed show up. Their techs are professionals and have long track records with the company. Eddie, as we have gotten to know him, arrived with gloves, mask and shoe covers. He told me everything he was going to do and gave a full report afterwards.
FYI:Top Notch installed both our new HVAC units ( our house has 2) within the last 3 years and both installs were accomplished precisely when and how we were promised. There was a full explanation of the products and no high pressure to purchase a particular model. This company was referred to us by friends and we are pleased to be able to refer them to others. We have never heard a negative report from anyone who has used them and certainly not from us. Great job, Eddie and Top Notch!

We switched to Top Notch a little over a year ago and I am so glad we did. They have done duct cleaning, furnace and air maintenance, duct work and have put in an air purifier in our house. Every service call is on time and professional and they have gone out of their way to get my work done sooner rather than later. I would highly recommend Top Notch!

We have used Top Notch for more than 20 years. This week we had them install a mini split heat pump system in our home addition. From Tricia, our sales person, to Justin and his installation team, their service and care was impeccable. Their whole staff are a winning team and we felt well cared for throughout the whole process. Added benefit, we LOVE the new mini split they recommended. It works great heating our addition, and is absolutely silent when running.

This was our 1st time using Top Notch but it will not be our last. Trisha came to give an estimate on new units and was quick, knowledgeable and mindful of our budget. Tom also came out to look at our unit to see if it could be saved. He had us back up and running within an hour. He was patient with his explanations, educated from experience and efficient in his work. Will definitely recommend to anyone we can. Thank you.

Mark H. was incredibly knowledgable, thorough and informative when servicing my air sanitizer. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood my system for future purposes, and was extremely kind to boot. Would definitely request his services again!

I have been a customer for many years after purchasing AC and furnace 15 yrs ago. At that time, I compared costs for this with other companies and found Top Notch to be reasonably priced. The maintenance of the system has gone well over the years, with twice a year checks. Most recently, Eddie Garcia has done this, and is always very professional and thorough. Even though our system is getting older, it continues to work very well, thanks to the attention given on a regular basis (well worth the cost!)

They have always been responsive and professional. Will was my Technician yesterday and he was fantastic! He can service our system anytime. Told me I didn't need to replace my AC filter until the next time, big cost savings.

We have been patrons of Top Notch for many years. When our original A/C unit started leaking freon, Top Notch helped us choose and install a high efficiency HVAC system. It has been the best investment we could have made. We have routine maintenance performed on both systems in spring and fall. The technicians are pleasant, professional and honest. Most recently Eddie visited and outlined an air purifying option, which makes sense in our current situation. Trust and appreciate what they do.

I am impressed with Top Notch's consistently professional service. I first used them during a heatwave in 2016, when my AC went out the night before I was leaving on a 10-day vacation. I called them while on the road, made the arrangements and asked my daughter to meet the installers at my home the next morning. She felt comfortable with the crew and left before the job was complete! Since then, they have been to my house for a couple of minor repairs (under warranty) and for scheduled maintenance. I don't plan on using any other HVAC in the future.

Mark H. Was absolutely phenomenal at his job!! We didn’t know a ton about soft water installs and were a little hesitant. He made us feel completely comfortable and explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Very professional. I wish he could be our salesperson for every need in our home!! The soft water is working great and so far we love it!
