Top Notch Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We are super pleased with Top Notch. They maintain our heating/cooling systems and today saved us! We had so many issues with a broken dryer vent. After 3 others looking at it and not fixing it, Top Notch was able to fix it today. We have a dryer again!! We can't recommend them enough. The cost was very reasonable.

Our 24-year-old air conditioner decided to run out of freon in mid-August. Top Notch was able to get us back in comfort very quickly. We elected to replace both the furnace and A/C at the same time. Tricia did a great job helping us pick the equipment that was the best fit for our needs. Top Notch did not have any of the supply-chain problems that our other bids mentioned when giving us their quote. Eddie and Justin did the installation, and did a wonderful job. They were very professional, left the job site clean, and the new install has been working perfectly. Thanks Top Notch!

Called about a recently installed humidifier that didn't seem to be working. Technician arrived the same day I called and easily corrected the problem. Prompt, courteous, and much appreciated quality service.

We’ve had Top Notch out twice in the last couple month. One was to replace our prehistoric thermostat to a modern digital thermostat.
Then our AC went out, they were out then same day had our house cool again!

We use Top Notch on a regular basis, and will probably never use another company We like that they are fast friendly, and respectful of our home, and property. It's also nice that the repairmen are veterans with the company, and don't try to push unneeded work or equipment. They are all really good, but Eddie has been here more than any other. Trust that if he shows up, your work will be done right.

Used during full reno to re-plumb most of house and some ductwork modifications. And the years since, replaced furnace, water heater, added soft water. I price check them every time (trust but verify) always right at or below market. Service is well above. They've even caught and fixed others' mistakes or sub-par work and corrected it. Joy at the front office is the best.

We've been Top Notch customers for the last 6 yrs (they installed our entire HVAC system) and we've always had consistently good service. However, our recent experience with Eddie completely raised the bar even higher. It makes sense that a a great company would have great employees, but, way to go above and beyond.

Recently purchased house in Basehor, Kansas had water softener problems. Mark was the repairman to show up. He was 100% professional and did a fantastic job of explaining everything. I could not have been happier with the service.
