They replaced my water heater. It was over the holidays so it was a bit drawn out but they were cheerful and helpful. They took care to ensure the installation was down correctly in my old house. There was an issue with the exhaust system in my house and they worked with me to solve the problem quickly.

He came and did a yearly service for n our water softener system. We really like the guy who came out. Very nice and polite.

This is the second time the service technician, Henry, has been to my home. He was training a new technician, Joseph today. Henry is very professional and very knowledgeable about the water softener system in my home. He has answered all my questions. He also has delivered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this company to a friend.

The techs at APW we’re all very nice as was Jenny in the office. However, when the tech diagnosed my AC he indicated that the unit needed to be replaced. Upon further investigation with the previous homeowners warranty that was not the case at all. The tech simply didn’t tighten the valve cap and my unit lost all it’s coolant. I had to have another company come out and fix APW’s error and pay for another service call and more coolant. When I spoke to APW about the error they refused to make it right. I feel like the tech was trained to do a sales job on me not provide good quality work. It’s really too bad that rather than keeping my business for years down the road they chose to not stand behind their work. I will not be recommending APW to anyone. I guess if your looking for the Dixie difference you should have your check book ready. They clearly weren’t worried about me as the client or any kind of integrity in their actions.

Brian and Marc were quick when they got here and very helpful and professional. They even swept up all the corrosion from my last water heater that had been collecting since the last episode of "Friends" aired on network television. Great service!

Really wish I could give this company zero stars. Unfortunately this was the company chosen by our homeowners warranty to repair/ or replace our AC unit and furnace. Of course we didn't have the money on hand for a new AC so we agreed to see if we qualified for for financing. A couple of days go by and they ran my husband's credit like five times I kind you not, causing his score to drop drastically. Finally I get ahold of one of the consultants and tell her to stop we just want to get the unit fixed instead and she says ok I'll put you down for repair. Over a month later I get a call out of the blue asking if a technician can come by and fix our unit... I mean sure I guess. I was 8 months pregnant at the time in the hottest part of summer at this point I just wanted it fixed. The tech was here for about 4 hours and then he comes to me and says he got everything apart and he has the wrong part but they have the part at the wearhouse and we would have AC that weekend for sure.... He never came back. There my furnace sits pulled apart. I never recieved a call or anything. This was all under warranty at the time and now we have no warranty, no furnace and no AC. So if you have the choice of what company to use I wouldn't go with them.

This was the Absolute Best company I've ever had come to my home. Steve and Josue were amazing, professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me!! I've had several plumbers come to my house APW by far were the Absolute Best ones! I will use them and refer them!!

Technician was very polite and professional servicing our water softener. He took the time to explain the system that was in the house when we bought it.

I’m so dissatisfied with the work that has been done on my shower faucet. This has been an ongoing process for several months with repeated recalls to fix what another technician destroyed. Cliff was amazing and took care of the Initial problem and repaired it perfectly with one small drizzle a leak that needed caulking at the access panel. But another technician who I advised to just caulk the area decided to disassemble the whole Faucet and with each attempt it is worse than it originally started. This technician made a waterfall come through my ceiling by not reconnecting whatever he took apart. My carpets were soaked As well as the insulation in between the walls. I was told I would get a call from someone about the damages no one has called and the faucet is still not flushed against the wall they have continue to put glue to the area instead of actually adhering the spout against the wall or the faucet handle. If you have a home warranty request another company they have on file. I will upload pictures! Report to BBB, attorney general, find an attorney!

We receive service on our water conditioner. Henry is a consummate professional, it was good to have him back again. He checked out the system, found problems and recommended solutions. He did a great job for us.
