    They took really good care of me. They changed staff on answering phone calls đź“ž. They went over and beyond to reconcile the mistake of the person I first dealt with. I really appreciate them owning up to what that staff person did. I loved the service technician they sent out to us. He has been working with them over 10 years very professional and understanding of what the problem was. Again went beyond to help me. I would truly recommend this company. They took care of the situation and it didn't cost me more.

    I had my AC, Furnace, Water Heater & Humidifier replaced the 1st week of January by Jason & his team and they did a WONDERFUL job!
    When they removed the legacy system they even cleaned up the concrete under it before they put in the new system! Talk about WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!
    These guys are PRO's! All the way from Carol who calls to schedule the appointments (love her bird dog tenacity), to Phil who sold me the system and did the initial assessment, to Jason's team who installed the system! My favorite thing is the service plan! They come out twice a year so I don't have to worry & they ship my filters right to my front door! Phil even came out and followed up on the installation a couple of weeks after it was installed, very different from a lot of the "Thanks for the money, now bye Felicia...." salesmen out there!
    If you need any HVAC or Plumbing, I highly recommend APW! They are a class act!

    They came in and gave us a quote on a blower motor for our A/C. Price was outrageous… $850 to clean the blower fan, $500+ to replace the parts, then of course labor cost. On top of all that the technician wasn’t personable at all. Needless to say we had a second opinion done, managed to get everything done for less than $400. Would never recommend this company to anyone… clearly just trying to rob hard working people.

    Technician Jason told me my unit was dirty. He told me if I pay him $500 now he would clean the unit then report to the home warranty company it was clean in the claim. If I didn't he would report the unit dirty and it would be denied. He also told me the repair bill would be $2000. I got a second opinion from A B May they said they could repair the unit for $670. There are close to a dozen other reviews for this business starting the same thing I experienced

    Came out for two different issues with my HVAC first time said the coils were too dirty to diagnose the issue (a straight lie) second was for my heat exchanger on my furnace they missed cracks in it which could’ve put my family in danger. Both of these issues were handled by other obviously more competent people do not use this company in any case at best they’ll screw you over at worst they’ll kill your kids.

    I had a water leak in my floor. They came out and day, earlier than scheduled and were very thorough. Tyler was the technician and he was polite, and professional. Didn't make me any promises until he'd thoroughly examined the situation and discovered it was a clogged HVAC drain. I was very pleased, because I was quite panicked! I will call them again if needed!

    Lawrence did a great job on my tankless water heater and water conditioner annual service maintenance. He took time to explain what he doing and give me suggestions in maintaining. I have been very happy with the installation last year of the tankless water heater and water softener and my first regular service to keep it working well. Thanks Lawrence for explaining things to me.

    The tech that came out and performed the service work did just great. But I would never use this company again. I was in the crawlspace for two days taping up all of the holes and gaps left when my HVAC system was installed. And I could say a ton of other things but it’s not worth it

    They installed a water heater 11/20/17 an it went bad. Not a big deal. Called them back to replace the heater under warranty. They tried to charge men almost $1700 on top of the $125 service charge. I figured out how to get the tank an installed it myself. Took an hour an half an the $125 APW CHARGED me!! Nothing like taking care of your repeat customer!!!! Look out people.
