    Stay Away from these thugs. They cleaned my HVAC blower motor. On the same day it start making weird noised and it failed in 2 days after that. Don't waste your money. Stay away from them. The front office staff is not helping at all. There technicians are unskilled. I don't wanna see there face again. Please save your hard earned money.

    I have a water softener system that I purchased 20+ years ago. They service it annually when they have other customers in my area, but getting service when I need it gets more difficult every time. I think the service people know their job, but won't take my system with me when I move. Service is too important when you need it.

    My home warranty company hired them to fix my AC. Their technician gave them a false statement about the condition of the AC system, that made them deny the claim. I hired another company to fix the issue. They came and checked the system and totally disagreed with APW report. The issue was due to a normal wear and tear and had nothing to do with the age nor the maintenance of the system. I’d not recommend them for your AC repairs.

    Our experience with APW was outstanding. The initial visit made it very clear what our needs were and what options they could provide. The crew that installed our unit was prompt and professional. They answered all of our questions while doing the install and made sure we were familiar with the equipment before they left. We haven’t had any trouble with the equipment since. We would recommend APW to anyone.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH APW! They left me with a carbon monoxide leak, gaping gaps in siding to outside which led to crickets and mice-not to mention flooding in my basement that they refused to address.

    Noticed their ratings have dropped a lot in the last couple of years. Now that I need to communicate with them, I know why. I emailed them over a week ago for warranty information, no response. Called Friday (within business hours stated on their phone line). No answer, left a message. They are apparently open Saturday. No call back. Called today, got an answer and requested warranty information. They verified my email address and said they would send it. Called back an hour later because it wasn't sent. They said that the only person that can send it is at lunch, but wanted me to follow up with them to remind them. Called later (again within business hours stated on their phone line). No answer. No warranty sent. I mentioned to them when I talked to them that this was urgent, as I am selling my home. We close tomorrow and still no warranty.

    This is aside from the fact they installed a drain from the furnace to pour on top of my air conditioner and slope back into a door of the house. Also aside from a pressure valve that released water onto my garage floor when it needed to release (no drain on garage floor). It took a lot for me to get to this point, but I would not do business with them again. I spent nearly $18k on my HVAC and water softener with APW, but once you need them, they're gone. They've already got their money.

    We needed a new furnace and American Home Shield sent APW who could never get their act together. Lots of stalling on getting approvals and later I found out APW wanted to charge me over $1000 more than the home warranty service said was appropriate for all the EXTRA un-covered new duct work etc that is inevitable in new installations. Finally AHS sent another company that completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and my share was reasonable . THEN we had an AC problem and here comes APW again, tried to do the repair a couple of times and then quit the job telling us the problem was a shoddy install of the furnace by “the other company”. The last tech they sent to my house was arrogant and rude. He kept referring to me as “Boss” and after I kicked him off the property he promptly called the “Women Owned” APW owner stating I had been profane which was false but a good excuse to cover yourself from a complaint. Anyway lady owner was just as rude and reading all these negative reviews makes me wonder how they stay in business!

    We agreed to an inspection of our HVAC when we encountered APW at Lowe’s in Lees Summit. We were not ready to purchase but have the estimate saved away in case we need to use it.

    Dalton did an excellent job of explaining and giving us details. He was very friendly but he was not pushy.

    rom start to finish, they were very professional. Every person we spoke with were helpful and super friendly. I really appreciated the fact that they would call you and kept you informed about when you could expect someone and a follow up if the person was running late. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it so the system is now working wonderfully with no problems. Even after the work was done, they followed up a week or so later to make sure we were satisfied. Top notch company with top notch service. Highly recommend this company.
