I am grateful the folks at Mission were so quick to respond for a service call when my AC went out last week. The AC was declared DOA and it was older than Moses . The new unit is quiet and way more efficient. Turn around time was quick and price was reasonable.

Mike was awesome. Took the time to give me a quick run down of the components of my hvac system he was checking and why. Personable and professional, recommended some upgrades and pros and cons for comparison of each, I would recommend him and his representation of Mission was excellent. Not gonna lie, I was very impressed by putting in a call for service at 8pm on a Saturday night as the first hot day of the year closed and getting service in an hour. Good luck to the competition.

Corey, Jim, and Trevor did a great job with our full-upstairs mini split install despite the brutal heat in the attic. Mark stopped in both days of the installation to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. We only raised one concern during the installation, and the team quickly addressed it. We're really happy with how the installation went, and our new system has been running great & keeping us cool.

Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling employees did an outstanding job of installing my new system. Jim and Trevor showed up on schedule and didn’t even take a break. The old system was removed and the new system installed in 6 hours. That included a new hot water tank. Courteous, friendly and professional. Patrick and Tito also were great!

Today they were at my house fixing a plumbing issue within an hour of my call, especially appreciated going into a holiday weekend. Estimate and pricing were straightforward and prompt. Jim Hutsell was our installer and he showed up on time, very friendly, and left the house very clean. After install he explained the new unit and safety features, and gave us some great tips on keeping cottonwood out of the way. Would recommend to a friend

Overall, my experience was great! Everyone who came out was amazing and super knowledgeable. They were able to explain everything very nicely and took the time to answer any questions I had no matter what they were. From start to finish the whole process was straightforward and painless. Patrick was awesome. He took the time to come out and check out my old system and gave me a detailed outline of what would work best for my home.
