Needed a part replaced in our mater bathroom shower and earlier this year we needed our water main looked at. Both times we had the pleasure of working with Collin Dorrian. He has always been professional and courteous. I highly recommend Mission PHC for the work that Collin has done!

They came out so fast, was very helpful in getting our AC up and running. In fact this company was so efficient and fast we are having them out tomorrow to give us a price for a new Air Conditioner and furnace.

Received quote at start on repair, once work started, half of required work wasn’t needed. When finished, wanted to charge full amount. When questioned why, I was told the work that wasn’t needed was going to be done for free when they made quote. Called after work was done to to talk with “manager” and was told I need to pay for what was originally quoted. He told me they don’t work for free. I asked why in their quote, they were quoting half of the job for free(according to the technician after finishing the job). This business is a joke. All potential customers should look elsewhere.

Trevor and Jim replaced our ancient AC system in a timely and professional manner, they approached it as if it were their own home! I will recommend these guys to any one that needs PHC work!

Chris was great. He showed up on time . His customer service skills were great . He help me up to date through the process and gave me clear options on "what to do" regarding my system .

Nate was on time and professional. He replaced my kitchen faucet and disposal. The faucet at least had been here since the house was new and it put up a fight, but I told Nate I had faith in him. He was able to get the new faucet installed in less than a couple of hours. I will be calling mission for my needs in the future.

I called Mission Plumbing about an occluded drain and they dispatched a plumber within hours. Ricardo arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, explained options to me clearly and solved the problem efficiently. He was personable and professional at all times. If Mission Plumbing does, indeed, buy lunch for exemplary employees, Racardo should definitely have a reservation for lunch.

I called Mission PHC after hours for an A/C that wasn't working properly. It was just blowing out hot air. Austin Ingram showed up. He was very professional, very courteous, and worked hard to find the problem. Austin found that although the A/C was on at the thermostat, the heat was also running simultaneously. Austin found the wire that ran from the thermostat to the HVAC system was bad somewhere. He disconnected the heat portion of the unit so the A/C would start cooling down the residence (it was 90 degrees by this point) since he needed to come back a few days later to run a new wire in the attic. But the A/C was on and working well. Austin then came back a few days later and ran a new wire, tested the system, and everything worked perfect (heat and A/C). Austin worked hard to isolate the problem, fixed the problem, and did it all with a smile on his face. Great asset to Mission PHC. Thank you!
