Seth did an excellent job explaining everything that he was doing and why. He arrived on time and was very professional. He was honest and upfront on all the cost and available options for the repair.

From the time we called to the time our tech left was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about Gabe. He was spot on. Thanks a bunch to Mission Plumbing and Gabe for the great service.

I’ve had exemplary service from Mission for years, and Mike Shelor today was no exception. My AC is in a challenging location and has an unusual problem, but Mike diagnosed it professionally and skillfully, and kept me updated as he did. He also clearly explained the next steps, and went the extra mile to help me stay in my home while we wait for the necessary part. Thanks and kudos to him.

I had a hose bib that would leak even when the water was turned all the way off. I had already had 2 plumbers come out to see what they could do but they were so busy that they wouldn’t get back to me. Riley Lackey was great! He fixed my very difficult hose bib as well as my kitchen faucet leak the same day he came out! I’m super impressed with his service and just so grateful that I don’t have to worry about either of those for a long time (hopefully!)

I had an outside hydrant break that caused us to have to turn off the main water. Patrick Shelor showed up quickly and did an incredible job. He not only professionally fixed our immediate issue but he installed an access panel and shut off valve to ensure we don’t have this issue in the future. I really appreciated that forethought. Incredible job.

First experience with them doing maintenance on my furnace was phenomenal. We’re on time and very informative. When my furnace needed replacement they gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse for a heat pump system. Installers/techs were amazing and had a great experience with them as they were very informative and knowledgeable to any questions that I asked them. Very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner.

Edit: forgot to add that they were the only company to even reach back to me after seeking out help from other companies around my area. They are a company that does care about their customers.

I called Mission PHC as a first time customer with a leaky bathroom faucet and company coming in a few days. My appt was for the next day. I got a picture of their employee and he called to let me know he was on his way. Nate was super nice and informative and I will definitely call Mission and ask for him again!

Mike was terrific; clear, concise and very efficient. Just exactly what consumers of HVAC services want. Thanks Mission PHC for moving our appointment up several weeks, you guys have always been very professional when dealing with us. We appreciate how you conduct yourselves.

On 4-28-23, Steven H. and Joe H. came back to my house to line the old pipes in the sewer line. This was the last stage of a big plumbing project. Just like all the technicians that have come to my house, Steven and Joe were friendly and professional. They had a big job to do and they kept a great positive attitude.
As I have said before, I am happy to recommend the services at Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and will use them again.

Gage was very professional and friendly. He quickly determined the problem with my toilet then gave me several options for repair. After I decided to replace the toilet, Gage quickly got the job done!
I will use Mission again and I would recommend them too.
I also want to add that Gage recommended having the mainline augered. Collin came the same day!
Collin was also very nice and professional.

AC went out over 4th of July weekend. They showed up earlier than expected and had my AC up and running again within an hour of arrival. Very professional, answered questions and made great recommendations. Would definitely recommend!!
