Chris did a great, quick maintenance job for us on our AC after it stopped working for us briefly. He was professional and friendly and explained all of our options to us! I would recommend Mission PHC to anyone!

Blazing hot day & the A/C wasn’t working properly. They had a tech out here within a couple of hours. He was great! Got us fixed up pronto, it was just a small problem. Thank you, Tito, for getting us operational again ! Ten stars !

Mike was not clear about what it would cost and the process he needed to go through. He rushed us to make a decision on moving forward without giving us a chance for approval from management who was out of town. We wanted to wait a couple hours before moving forward but he said he would charge $75/hour. We went ahead for the service with an initial approximate cost of $800. The parts were purchased and replaced and it still did not work. He then said another part needed replacement. It would cost another $500, totaling over $1,300. We went ahead and approved it. After all that is said and done, it still did not work. He requested another $1,800 on top of everything to replace another part, a main board. This was above and beyond the initial cost and the results were none. We requested for a discount and itemized receipts. No discount was offered, no receipts were provided. No results. This was the worst experience. All they did was charge for every hour and every part with a loaded price. If there was a better estimate from the get go, giving a range of $500-$3000, given a clear process of what may need to be done if things didn't work as expected, to be more informative so a correct decision would have been made. They were unclear, unprofessional and just wanted to make a quick buck. We do not recommend this company's services to anyone.

I had an issue with my water heater, called in on Friday, Nate came out same day and was able to point out the issue. My water heater was older and was done with. Got a new water heater installed the following Monday.

I went with Mission because they were highly rated and the fact that they cover many areas is always great going through just one company.

Nate came out the same day we had the leaky faucet drip. He did a very neat job and found another problem he found that we were unaware of and explained other details about our problem. He fixed everything correctly and skillfully. I call him Nate the Great.

Luis and the whole staff were super helpful! They came out on the weekend when we had an issue and were able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly! They were so helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend calling them for your plumbing needs!

We recently contacted Mission as we've used them several times before for our HVAC and Plumbing needs. As usual they were very responsive and were able to come out same day as we had issues with our AC unit cooling our home. Gabe was the technician that came to our house to assess and fix our AC unit. Gabe was very courteous and informative throughout the entire process as he was working to diagnose the problem. Once he identified the problem he quickly took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Within a brief amount of time he was able to get our AC unit working efficiently. He was able to show me how to better maintain the system so I wouldn't run into similar issues in the future. He also assisted getting us setup on a maintenance schedule which would help resolve future potential problems. I would highly recommend Gabe and Mission for your HVAC & Plumbing needs.

We’ve needed a new AC and Furnace for years but what we had was always good enough. I’m also someone who has done most of the work on my house by myself. So trusting someone to come in and do such a huge project for a substantial amount of money was nerve-racking.

I got three estimates and one of the reasons I went with Mission was due to the professionalism of their estimate process. A man name Craig came into my house took numerous pictures spent significant time in the crawlspace, drawing and measuring exactly what they would need to do. None of the other two companies did that they looked at it and then sent me an estimate.

All three estimates were fairly comparable in amounts and what we would be getting. Mission did a little better and what they could offer in the mid range. Both Craig and the office manager were very responsive and set up our install in very short order.

The day of the installation they arrived on time and worked constantly until they were done. It took the better part of 8 to 9 hours. Then the installer took the time to show me how everything works, what changes are necessary in the winter versus the summer, and even fixed a light fixture in the crawl space that had been busted for years! I believe his name was Steven.

Everyone I interacted with at Mission was professional, courteous, honest, and seemed genuinely glad to be providing the service to me.

I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

Gage was at my home all day! He fixed my bath/shower spigot & drain and was patient with my questions. He worked hard and had an excellent attitude. I’m so glad he was here! Thanks for helping me decide which projects to address next. What a friendly & knowledgeable guy! He and Mike are fine and helpful plumbers and good men. I am so grateful. Thank you all. Mike Shelor was an excellent representative for your company. Not only did he possess the knowledge to quickly solve the AC problem and offer a fair solution, but he took the time to "listen and explain" everything to my 82 year old mother & me. I recently canceled a service contract with one of the other bigger company due to what I'll just say was less than honest tactics and what appeared to me to be preying on an elderly woman who didn't know any better. Fortunately as her son I was able to advocate on her behalf by firing them! I decided to call Mission Heating, Plumbing, & Cooling when her AC suddenly quite & temps. were in the mid 90's & after researching reviews on line and getting a couple reference from friends. I called on a Sunday and was able to get a technician (Mike Shelor) out the next day (Monday). I meet him there with my mother and he had it fixed within 1 hour for a reasonable price. Thanks for your honest and efficient work Mike & thank you to Mission Plumbing, heating, and cooling for encouraging your men to be not only capable, but honest. It means a lot to me and my mother to deal with a company we trust!
