Our technician, Gabe W., Was really kind and friendly. He was super knowledgeable and worked hard the whole time he was here. He said the issue was a less common issue and he was still able to figure it out. You could tell it was complex and he really had to have the experience and knowledge to solve it. He was really smart and gave us some good tips to keep our heating and cooling units healthy.

Kevin and his son did an excellent job removing and installing units in a cramped space and redesigning the air intake and exhaust system, all in about three hours. They explained everything and took time to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend them.

Mission heating and cooling has always been our go to company for any heating or cooling needs. Today we came home late and noticed our AC wasn't working. We called Mission around 830 pm Saturday night and Austin I. was at our house within about 30 mins. Austin was amazing and had us back up and running in no time. He really went the extra mile to communicate what he was doing and to ensure we were all taken care of. Can't thank him enough for coming out on short notice and for everything he did. Thank you to Austin and Mission for all of your help. We truly appreciate it.

Gabe from Mission Heating and Cooling did a great job servicing our air conditioning system. He was very friendly, competent, and professional. Luis De La Garza was excellent. He explained exactly what happened to our outside faucet, fixed it, then explained what he had done and showed pictures. He has great Customer Service skills and very pleasant to work with.

Dustin Thornton with Mission Plumbing heating & cooling performed a HVAC checkup on my system today. He did a great job explaining what he was checking and why. He also noticed a potential issue with the hot water expansion tank. Thank you!

I was given a 6 hour window. I received a call 15 minutes into that window stating that Collin was on his way. I was pleasantly surprised with other companies you sometimes wait and wait.
I had multiple plumbing issues and gave Collin a tour of the issues. I was given a very reasonable estimate for the work after discussing my options and the various costs of those options.
He asked which project I wanted him to start on. He was professional showing me the different issues and things he found at different points, the wax seal on that toilet was leaking and it had not been leveled by the builders.
When the work was complete Collin cleaned up any mess that was made, the tarps were gone, and he took the 39 year old toilet we were replacing.
Collin then walked me through the replace had me test the sink for the leak, flush the toilet and discussed toilet gap tape if I wanted to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
I don’t love that I had plumbing issues but I had a great experience with the repair and throughly trust Collin’s work.

New AC/furnace put in. Jim worked together with Trevor and Corey and they did a great job! I also spoke with Laura at the office and she was wonderful too! Wow! We just had Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling at our home to do a summer tune-up on our two A/C units and we couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. We are so impressed with our technician, Tito Brignoni. He fixed an issue with both compressors so that now the units run whisper quiet and keep our home even cooler than before! Tito also went the extra mile to help us set up our Wi-Fi connections for both thermostats so that we can control our thermostats from all of our mobile devices. Thank you so much Tito, we will see you in the Fall for our annual furnace check-up!
