I had Chris Herriot from Mission Heating and Plumbing come out and repair and maintenance my AC. He was such a nice, friendly and knowledgable person. He worked quickly. I appreciated the work he did and also appreciated how friendly the office staff is. When I called they got me an apt the next day which also happened to be a Saturday. They are all fantastic!

Gary and Cody did a wonderful job. They worked so hard and didn't stop until they completed the HVAC install. Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after they were finished, I couldn't tell they had even been here. We appreciate you both!! Thank you, so much!

This is the first time I’ve used Mission Plumbing but I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues. The plumber, Colin Dorrian, did an excellent job of replacing my 20+ year old toilet with a new one I picked out. I wasn’t sure I needed to replace the toilet and Mission Plumbing was great about pushing my service to later in the day when I could get my new toilet. The price was reasonable and excellent service! I’ll use Mission Plumbing again in the future!

Kenton came to install a clean-out in our new home. I cannot express how grateful we were to have him at our home and how professional/engaging he was. We have worked with Mission plumbing 3+ times now and all their representatives are fantastic. Kenton took the time to explain everything to myself and my partner, and in ways that we (mostly unskilled in plumbing) could understand. He was helpful and patient. Would give more stars than five if I could!

We were very pleased with the installation of the HVAC system we purchased! Gary, Cory and Brian we’re polite, professional and informative! The whole process was streamlined very well! We particularly enjoyed Mark’s friendliness and knowledge base!

I had an amazing experience with Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling installing a mini split upstairs. Trevor and Jim were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to a friend that is also wanting a mini split installed.

Lius De La Garza was very nice. Explained everything. As of right now, I give 5 Stars. But with everything in life, sometimes it takes time. Meaning I hope leak does not come back in 30, 60 days.

After dealing with a different company for weeks trying to diagnose and get replacement parts for our Furnace, it died on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. Fed up with the progress with the original company, I called Mission and Chris Herriott was out at our house within a couple hours. Chris found the replacement part located in the city and went personally to retrieve it. Upon replacing, he tested and recommended that we consider a furnace replacement as this would be a short term fix and we'd continue to spend money and have problems. Not the news we wanted, but appreciated Chris' honesty and professional opinion. He was great!

Patrick O'Brien was out to help price various options for our furnace and appreciated his timeliness, professionalism and walking through a variety of options. We agreed on a replament unit and our previous service call was credited as part of our overall price!

We had Jim Hutsell and Trevor Bobbitt out to replace our Furnace and A/C within a week and they were great. Very professional and got us up and running within a day. Much appreciated!

While Jim and Trevor were replacing our furnace they discovered an unrelated plumbing leak. They called back to the office an Luis De La Garza was headed our way in less than an hour! Luis was courteous and professional and explained the issues and took pictures of the problem and the repair.

I would strongly recommend them to anyone and will plan to use Mission in the future for all of our pluming and HVAC needs!

We rcvd same day service on plumbing call. Luis was very professional & informative & efficient! He explained the problem wasn't as bad as appeared, remedied the plumbing problem pretty quickly and even sent a photo for our better understanding. Don Bosco Center really appreciates Mission!'s excellent service!
