Cates Heating & Cooling

Kyle from Cates was the most knowledgeable person who came to our house. He explained what we needed and why. We had salesmen from 5 other local companies come out and only felt comfortable with Cates. The install crew was quick and efficient and our house is now much more comfortable. I would recommend them to our friends and family and I am sure we will use them at our next house.

Chuck and his aide worked on a variety of items we had from our new house inspection. Impressive that the same guy that gave me the quote came and did the work. The young man that did the AC check was very courteous and explained to me everything he had worked on. Chuck even did an adder when our new refrigerator was delivered and we needed a tie in for a new water line...didn't bother him a bit. I'll recommend these guys for anyone looking for work of this type in the future

Dan who advised and sold the system was very thorough and showed up at the beginning of the install to make sure things were as planned. Joe and John who handled the full install of the AC unit, new furnace and thermostats were great! Very polite, professional, great work and did a complete walk through explaining all work that was done and answered any and all questions!

I have used the services of Cates for the last several years and it has been a great experience. They come to my house each season and inspect the heating and A/C and make sure they are functioning properly and give an idea of potential problems that may occur in the future. The techs and office staff are always friendly and their response time is great. I recommend Cates anytime I am asked about a heating and A/C company.

Phone calls with the business prior to them sending someone were very easy and pleasant, and they sent someone over the morning after I called. The gentleman that did the maintenance on my heating unit was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions, even those not directly related to the specific service I was getting. This was a good experience and they have a repeat customer as a result. Feels good to support local business as well.

We had our HVAC system replaced. The two installers were great. They were polite, worked all day to finish the job, cleaned up everything and thoroughly explained everything. We are so happy and would recommend Cates to anyone!

Dillon and Dillon were here for a few hours installing a new furnace. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were patient with our novice questions and have us up and warm. As usual, great service from Cates.

A great experience form start to finish. They were able to fit me in and lucky for me they did because part of our system started malfunctioning hours before they arrived. My repair technician was thorough, professional, and even offered up recommendations on another issue. Will definitely continue to use them going forward!

Semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Justin was on time and checked/cleaned furnace and humidifier and ran a thorough diagnostic check on my HVAC system. He was not in a hurry and took the time to explain all diagnostic results. Justin did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend Cates!!

Cannot say enough good things about Chuck from Cates Heating & Cooling. As a new homeowner dealing with a stressful service line water leak, Chuck was so responsive, efficient, and helpful. The problem was addressed and fixed before I had time to even stress about it. Will recommend this company to everyone.
