A technician came out to look at an old heating system the same day I called. Upon discovering it needed to be replaced, DUNCO sent Clayton out the very next morning to install a new system. He was courteous and professional, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. He even secured duct work connected to my dryer at no cost! I will continue to use this company in the future and would highly recommend.

After 24 years, our A/C system decided it was done this past week! I contacted a company we had used for several years about purchasing a new HVAC system, and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could install! With high 80 and 90° temps, not what I wanted to hear! I decided to call Dunco. We were immediately impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. The next day after my call, we got a visit from Jason, the service manager. He evaluated our needs, and made a recommendation. Install was scheduled for the following Tuesday! 4 days, not 3 weeks!
Clayton, Tyler and Quinn completed our system install today! I can't say enough about Dunco and their employee's professionalism, quality of work, and timely manner of our installation! Work was started at noon, and we had cool air blowing by 5pm! You can't do better than Dunco!

Telling me how to maintain and take care of equipment. They took care to protect work areas and left everything clean. Dunco was reasonably priced and upfront about all costs.

They answered my questions and addressed my concerns quickly and completely. Dunco replaced my HVAC a couple of years ago and have been responsive and professional with every visit.

We had an AC issue and my daughter recommended Dunco given her great experience having her AC unit replaced. I contacted them and they were amazing. One of our two AC units and both furnaces were 26 years old. Our AC was leaking Freon and Tyler B. and Paul N. told me they could fix it but it would have to be repaired every year. I asked them to quote an 80% and 95% efficient AC unit and two furnaces. I decided to upgrade to the 95% efficient units and also had them replace my humidifier. They completed the installation within four days of the signed agreement. One of the installers called to ask if he could use my microwave to heat his lunch. Of course I told him yes but was pleased by his courtesy. This further demonstrates Dunco’s high level of professionalism. If you have any HVAC need, I strongly recommend you contact Dunco. They are professional, prompt, honest and offer fair pricing.

Dunco arrived within 30 minutes of our call and completed our install by the end of the next business day. The install was completed a day ahead of schedule and days or weeks before anyone else told us they would be able to get us on the schedule. Had Paul, Tyler, and Quinn out to completely replace two HVAC units. They were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
