Advantage Heating and A/C

The 2 gentlemen who vented and installed our new range hood took the time to ensure that the cabinet through which it was installed was left in usable condition. After installing the hood, they went above and beyond and didn’t leave until they worked out a couple of issues with it that had to do with the manufacturer, not Advantage Heating and A/C. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves as well. I’d definitely recommend them.

Mark Crowl was Awesome! Not only was he on time, he was early! Which makes a difference when you’ve been sitting in a hot house for 3 days. He was very professional, while being friendly he quickly assessed the situation and came up with a solution that got our home cool immediately! I would definitely recommend Advantage Heating, and look forward to working with them Wehrmacht the time comes for replacement.

Our dryer vent somehow detached from the side of the house. We had a technician out within 20 minutes of calling and he was able to fix it within half an hour. The price was reasonable too!

Tom F was our technician and was phenomenal! Answered all of our questions and left us with our minds at ease. He was very professional, showed up on time and went about his duties no problem. Would definitely put your trust in this man!

Matthew was very good at explaining what was wrong and possible options on remedying the problems though he did state that that would be a very temporary fix. Marshall was there too and was very understanding of my situation and gave great advice. Very impressed with both of them. Kudos!

Matthew and his crew were efficient and did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. He showed us all the completed work, asked if we had any questions and explained the work they did. He took the time to reroute a couple of lines to make things more efficient and look better. We will continue using them for all our HVAC needs.

I have been having issues with the system that was in my house when I bought it. It was never able to keep the house below 75, 76 on even a 90 degree day. They tried some repairs last year and it worked better, but nothing besides replacement could fix the fact that it was an undersized system when it was originally installed by another company.

Also, shout-out to the office: Whomever I spoke with was awesome, understanding, and flexible, and even though we are in the heat of the summer, they got someone to our home the day we called in!

The service technician was on time, personable, and a great listener. Their replacement proposal had a number of options and they were able to get my husband and I finacing so we could upgrade our current system. The tech also provided a small portable AC unit to keep our bedroom comfortable. It made our bedroom feel like a hotel room and instead of a miserable long week it felt like a mini staycation!

We were told the install might be a little challenging because of how tight our mechanical room is. The installers showed up early and worked late. They did such a fantastic job! I don't know much about heating and air systems, but the whole mechanical room looks so much neater and tidier than it did before. Everything from the equipment itself to the pipes and whatnot looks so much cleaner. I even took some pictures but I'm not sure it does their work justice.

It's currently 100 degrees outside, my house is 70 degrees and the ac isn't even phased! I didn't know that was even possible!

I am soo happy I chose Latta-Whitlow. Best decision, hands down, no brainer.

Gannon did an excellent job checking out the new air conditioner we put in last summer. He was punctual, thorough, polite and friendly.

Gannon did a great job, checked all thoroughly and answered all my questions, gave solid advice on what to watch out for, and double checked to make sure if I needed further services (I didn’t, he was super clear and didn’t try to upsell me!).
