Just found out today from the maintenance tech at cherry hill properties, that the last 4 service calls to our apartment the airtek tech said it was in working order and nothing was needed, Which is a boldface lie. Let me list these out. The first two of those four was refurbished heating elements that shorted out. The third was a failed thermostat that kept clicking the heater off after 10 seconds. And the fourth was a failed ac with frozen lines, it was 84 for 2 days straight even when outside was 70-74. Very unprofessional on their reports and work, they came out a total of 10 times in ONE YEAR. I'm so glad to be moving out of the service area.

Very prompt! Helped us out quickly on a cold day with heat not working. Diagnosed and corrected the issue quickly and was reasonably priced. We will be calling on them again!
