I called and got an answering service. They took a day to get back to me, but once they did, everything went quick. Zach arrived at the early end of the time frame I was given and he figured out our issue quickly, explained everything well, and was very friendly and professional. I asked a few questions which he answered and he seemed happy to give more information. I will definitely use their service again!

We had Jacob for the first time for our annual AC maintenance and we were very impressed! He was professional, knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he cares about his work. And he showed interest in our other heating/cooling system that we thought was completely broken, but turned out to not be broken. Thanks to his thoroughness, we now have a working second system! Of course on the hottest few days of the year our compressor goes out. Thanks goodness for the good people at Cloud, they came right out and diagnosed the issue and figured out my compressor was under warranty and could be replaced for FREE. I found out though that the compressor was back ordered 6 weeks, I thought to myself what now. The amazing staff at Cloud jumped into action, I spoke with Brandy and Amy on different occasions and both were on top of it, gave me reassurance and confidence that they would circumvent the situation and find a solution. Within the hour I received a call from Jeremy who I believe is the owner and told me they located a compressor and it would be in tomorrow. Scheduled me to have it put in first thing.

Zach who had been over initially to diagnose the issue came back for the install (which I loved, having someone familiar with the set up being called back to do the work). He did a fantastic job. Had mentioned to my wife after he came the first time how impressed I was with him. I told her, I know he makes good money doing HVAC but man he should be in some form of customer service as he was flat out impressive.

So back to Cloud and their work, they sent out 2 workers (Zach and Trenton) to do the work, spending a good portion of the morning on one of the hottest days of the year (which I know they had a huge demand for labor that day), they dedicated 2 employees to get me back and running, on warranty service at that, not dollar signs. If you are anything like me, you know service is not what it used to be, well if you want a throw back to the yester years of service, give Cloud a call. You will quickly see that everyone from the owner, to dispatcher, to office admin to the service techs are all about providing exceptional customer service.

Zack fixed our air conditioning. It had stopped cooling the house down. He fixed it quickly. Zack is easy to work with and very professional. I will request him with any future Cloud work.I told Zack I was interested in air conditioner and furnace. He called his office to set up a call from one of their reps.
Amy called me soon after to set a meeting with Dennis the next day at 11. Dennis showed up promptly and talked us through our options. We selected and package. Amy called that day and said we could have it installed the next day at 8:30 am.
Next day Sean, Logan, and Chris showed up with the new items. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They removed old furnace and air conditioner and installed the new ones in about 4 hours.
The entire process went great. I would recommend using Cloud.

I am the cook at a preschool. Yesterday my refrigerator was not working. After reading the manual, unplugging, and shutting off the breaker it was still steadily increasing temperature up to 70°F. Jacob Allen was helpful getting me in contact with a are scheduling associate and setting up for a technician to get out as soon as possible. I really appreciated a office team member calling and informing me that the technician was on his way. Joe was a personable, efficient, and very helpful! He answered my questions and thoroughly checked over the appliance. He did a thorough cleaning of the coils and gave great advice on how to proceed. We are beyond grateful!

He explained everything he was doing and went over the bill in detail for understanding. Our tech, Zach French, is very professional and bring that experience along with a helpful attitude every time he is out for the regular seasonal service.
