Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning

Trenton provided terrific service for us today. Our AC failed last night, and Cloud was able to send him today to solve our problem. He fixed the problem and was professional and courteous. He went above and beyond and even set us up with a way to extend the life of our aging AC unit and saved us a few bucks. We definitely recommend their service!

We have been customers of Cloud since 1973 when the house was being built. In all those years we have been extremely satisfied with the service. Earlier this spring we want to report the excellent work and service that was provided by your service specialist Emilio Alva, from being timely, highly professional and knowledgeable and kind in answering our technical questions. Our AC unit is running beautifully after inspection and service by Emilio.

We had an emergency AC issue - Brandy was personable and supportive with getting us service right away and Joe was amazing at finding and fixing the problem. For regular service in the past, and with installing a humidifier on our heating system, everyone we've met and worked with on this team has been kind, helpful, and professional. Great team, great work, great company!

We used Cloud to replace our old A/C and furnace. They were so efficient. From the first appointment, our tech spent two hours trying to fix the problem. They were polite and easy to schedule with. They cleaned up any mess that they made, and explained everything to us at the end. I would highly recommend Cloud Heating and Air Conditioning!

Zach was helpful and did a great job. Explained everything in detail, as well as provided options for things to consider in the future. Always pleased with the service from Cloud.

We used to use their preventive maintenance. Last November we did a service call using the service agreement, and they dispatched a technician without mentioning anything about costs. This Spring when we called them for service again, they (a lady in the office called Brandy) first set up an appointment, and then a week later refused to service. The reason cited is that we had unpaid bills and they said they sent us a bill for close to $600. They said they tried to send us the bill in the mail multiple times. I dug deeper on details and they said what they had on file was an outdated address. I asked them how come you did not call or email as I called and emailed them multiple times in the past. They said they did not have my number and they had four emails on file (we don't even have four email addresses and we received no emails). To recap, there are more than one problem here. First, when we called last November, no one in the office said anything about any cost. Secondly, one week after we set up our Spring service appointment, they said we have a close to $600 unpaid bill. Thirdly, they said they tried to send multiple times to an old address we moved out two years ago. In the meantime, no one cared to call or email. The bill included a lot of financial charges which they refused to take off. Eventually we gave up and paid what they demanded and said goodbye. Happy to move on from this mess!

We have had an annual maintenance for our ac and furnace with cloud for years. Anytime there has been an issue they have always given us options on a solution. A very fair company. Their employees are always friendly. Vince is an upbeat and knowledgeable serviceman.

Zach French performed our bi-annual maintenance today and he explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly and professional. We are long time customers and really appreciate the consistently great service we receive from Cloud.

Cloud is a very respectable company we use as our primary HVAC vendor for our 3 properties. I work closely with Amy on billing and service requests: She is a pleasure to talk to on the phone. As far as Techs go, Joe, Zach, Jason, Elimo, and Jacob from the service department are absolutely phenomenal at their jobs. The company is great at communicating together to make it easy to work with. We greatly appreciate all that they do for us!

The team is great to work with and super friendly. Amy got us a tech right away to address our issue. Emilio and CJ showed up, determine the problem, and got us all fixed up! We would definitely recommend Cloud!
