Zach F. had to make two visits over the weekend on a new unit that was tripping a breaker. Got us up and going in a quick and professional manner.

I've called a couple different HVAC folks in Lawrence to do various part replacements on my ancient Trane unit over the years. Blower motor went out overnight last night and of course this is terrible timing because we are supposed to leave town first thing tomorrow morning. Called Cloud at 10:30 AM today and had everything diagnosed, fixed, and working by noon. Amazing! Service tech was a guy named Emilio, he was great. I'll be sticking with Cloud for now... highly recommend!

Cloud installed heating and air units for me and I have continued a maintenance service with Cloud for many years and have found them to be reliable, honest and their friendly staff easy to work with no matter the job.

The Zach’s were great! They were efficient and got the work done quick. I’ll request them for work in the future! Cloud was able to schedule us the next day in for a furnace blowing cold air, we have been using Cloud for years and will continue.

Trenton Snyder did a wonderful job of cleaning our filters, units and explaining what is available to be done to ensure no outages. Very professional and approachable.

I had the pleasure speaking with Brandy who helped set up my appointment for and these days customer service isn’t how it used to be, but Brandy knocked my socks off! She’s so professional and so helpful. I wish every place of employment had a Brandy!! Don’t get rid of that gem!! Thank you for the help and for getting me all figured out!! Amazing workers!!

I’ve worked with Cloud since we bought our house in 2012 and they installed a new HVAC unit. About five years ago I started using their twice a year service for maintenance and couldn’t be happier. The team is friendly, great to work with, and they always show up when they say they will. Zach is the newest tech I’ve worked with and he is knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Cloud to anyone.

We contacted Cloud about our heating system needing serviced and they had Emilio out the same day! He was so kind and professional, got our unit up and running.
