Cloud Heating & Air Conditioning

I’m very pleased with the routine maintenance A/C check done this morning. Service Specialist Zach French was very professional and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing. I believe he saved me a lot of money and the headache of an emergency call by catching a capacitor that was going bad and replacing it while he was here.

We have used Cloud for all of our heating and air needs since moving to Lawrence 6 years ago. Got a great deal on a new AC compressor, and all other work has also been professionally done at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied customers!

My air conditioner did not want to start up after a long cold winter so I called cloud and they sent out technician Joe Frye.
Joe was on time, professional, polite, and diagnose and fix the issue within about a half hour. Even though my system was very old, Joe was able to get it up and running and save us thousands of dollars in what could have been the purchase cost of a new system. Cloud is always very fair, professional, and quick to respond when needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any sort of HVAC service.

Installed a new unit. Aiden/Chris and Vince were very very professional and didn’t mess around at all. They were very polite throughout the process of installation and Vince was great at explaining how to use everything. Great company! Shop local!!!

Zach did a fantastic job! He found an issue with our grounding wire that had probably been wreaking havoc for a while and fixed it! Who knows how long that was going on, and how many issues we have had because of it. He was also understanding of our cat‘s aspirations to be a heating and air cooling technician and was very patient with him as he demanded attention.

Zach did an amazing job checking out the system. He also answered questions I had about humidifiers for my system and based off of his recommendations I will probably be adding that to the system that cloud has already installed. Every member of cloud that I have dealt with has been very friendly and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Zach and Trenton were professional, kind and very attentive to details. They communicated clearly at every step of the process. We will call them again when in need of heating or air conditioning service.
