Dunco Heating & Cooling

We have been Dunco clients for several years for general maintenance of our heatIng and cooling unit. It is always a pleasure to business with Dunco. Their staff is always professional and well mannered. Today was no different when we had to have our AC unit replaced. Laura called to let us know they where on there way. Tyler B. and his assistant Chris did an excellent job of installing the new unit, clean up after themselves, explained everything and asked if we had any questions before they left. It is always nice to have reliable trustworthy service. Thank you all for a job well done!

Joe came out right away and provided a quote on the spot. He explained all of our options and was very thorough. They rearranged their schedule and was able to fit us in the next day so that we could get our new A/C installed before the weekend. Their follow up and follow through is exactly what I expect from a respectable business. I highly recommend Joe, Tyler, and the rest of the team at Dunco!

Dunco installed a mini split A/C system in my master bedroom/ home office area. They fit the right unit to the space and installed it professionally and quickly. My installers are great people and very friendly. They answered all my questions and did not leave until I was comfortable with the installation and operation of the unit. I recommend Dunco whole heartedly. I only wish I hadn’t spent the last 7 summers working in my HOT home office without this unit!!

Initially, I got bids from 3 different companies. Dunco was the third company to come out, and I am so glad that I waited for a third opinion. The Dunco quote was substantially lower (thousands) than the other two competitors and had a better seer rating.

Initially, they sent a technician who assessed the situation and sent me informative and detailed estimates that included a few different options. The financing option was clearly explained, reasonable, and easy to set up. Since my A/C unit was out, it only took a couple of days before the ball was rolling and the techs were installing.

Additionally, my HVAC closet is extremely small and other companies insisted they'd need to remove sheetrock/wall for better access; Dunco was able to get my new system in without any issues or further damage.

Steve came out to check our AC unit and only two minutes he detected the problem and solved in less than 30 minutes. Comparing to other services we had, It has been a super pleasant experience with Steve since we had dealt with many HVAC professionals in the last seven years. Price is reasonable, and the most important part is it is efficient.

The AC starts blowing 55 in a second… All our staff is happy working in a cool comfort temperature. Thanks for the service Dunco provides…
