Our AC went out during the hottest days of the summer. We had a maintenence agreement with another company, but it was going to be a week before they could do the installation. I called Dunco and their salesman was at our house 15 minutes later to assess the situation and give us a quote. They were able to schedule our installation in 2 days, and they actually ended up fitting us in the next day. I was told they could do that because they run more installation crews, and because of the kindness of their other customers, (agreeing to let us go first because we had no air conditioning.)

Our installation crew, Clayton and Evan, were amazing. They were very professional and fast. They didn't mess around, they just came in and got the job done. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, and we know who we'll call if/when our furnace needs to be replaced.

I had a Dunco tech out to perform a service & check on the short cycle behavior in November 2018. A tech came out and diagnosed a dirty flame sensor. Cleaned it off and went on his way, all good, corrected the short cycling behavior of the heat cycle. All good, easily 5 stars and would recommend.

BUT: This weekend I was testing my AC to make sure it would be prepared for the Kansas summer and noticed some odd behavior. The blower & condenser would not run in parallel - only the blower would blow or the condenser would chill until it freezes up - neither would run at the same time as designed.

After a few hours of troubleshooting I found that the blower motor was not properly connected to the 'Cool' relay on the HVAC control board, instead it was plugged into a park terminal. Now I scratched my head at this as the AC had worked fine the previous year and nobody besides a Dunco tech had touched inside of the HVAC system beyond swapping out the filters. That struck me as strange.

So I did some digging thru my home purchase inspection photos - the blower motor was plugged in properly to the 'Cool' relay on the control board in Feb 2018. Then when troubleshooting today the same 'Cool' terminal is bare.

Now I am no expert and it could be an oversight during a troubleshooting test on the heat cycles and the tech forgot to reinstall it... but still, enough for me to post a cautioning comment as it could have easily required a tech to visit again.

Cody arrived at our home with a smile. He quickly identified the issue clearly explained what was required and had great insight to share based off his experience. Absolute top notch customer service! Thank You Cody and Dunco Team!

Julio was very good at communicating with me to make sure vents were properly located.

We have used Dunco since we moved in to this house. In fact the previous owner also used them. Last week, our 20+ year old AC finally stopped working. Joe and Tyler did a very good job getting us a new HVAC system. Both of them were very patient answering our questions. Joe explained the options to us and gave us a reasonable price. Tyler showed up on time in the morning, finished the job at around 3pm. He showed me the new system and gave me some maintenance tips. He also carefully cleaned the area before he left. The whole process was super smooth. The entire team is very professional and highly skilled. Will definitely use them again!

Julio and Greg were our tradesman and they both took great pride in their company and their trade. They were both great tradesmen who knew their work and did it with professionalism. In addition, Dunco's President, Wayne, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us set up the appropriate system for our custom home. This company was a pleasure to work with and would recommend to any and all.

I love working with Dunco. They are efficient, with excellent service. Tyler installed our new heater and did an amazing job. His attention to detail, professionallism and customer service is outstanding! The service we received was above and beyond our expectations and always is!

Paul N did the installation and was prompt, helpful and efficient. He was detail oriented and cleaned up everything so well. He gave me lots of hints for success with my new unit.
