The two man crew arrived when we were told, performed the switch out furnace, condenser, “A” coil, lines and vent piping.
The men doing the work were very cordial and informative. Made sure we understood the work performed. Gave informative tour of all work performed.
My wife and I couldn’t be more happy with Dunco and personnel, including office staff.

Had an appointment set between 12:00-4:00. My wife was waiting on her day off and they called at 3:45 that Tech was running late and wanted to know if she wanted to reschedule. But she didn't want to lose another half day waiting for them to show so she said no. Tech showed up at 5:00PM

Service was FANTASTIC. Servicemen were on time, courteous, respectful and they worked hard and efficiently. Highly recommend!

On hottest day of year so far AC malfunctioned. We have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Dunco. I called them about 9:30, was told they had received large number of service calls but would get me in that day...Dunco service person Cody called about 11:00, arriving a few minutes later. With some testing the problem was identified, and temporarily remedied pending obtaining/installing of new parts. While here Cody also performed a thorough AC system check and yearly maintenance. There was no charge for this visit. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the problem, what he had done, the cost of replacement of needed part, arranged to obtain the part and answered all my questions. This is the kind of excellent service we have always received from every Dunco staff person we have ever dealt with...so Thank You very much. Could have been a tough day for us, but you've always been there when we needed you.😎

Dunco was very responsive and provided service quickly. When problems were detected with an old system, the recommended and scheduled replacement. When an opening came up, the installed earlier. Service men were very knowledgeable and walked me through everything.

Dunco was so helpful and professional from the moment we reached out. When our AC went out, we called them on Thursday. Joe provided us a quote on Thursday afternoon and fit us in on Monday for a new AC unit install. (The quote they provided was also more competitive than our original quote from another company.)

Tyler handled the install on his own and was communicative, friendly, and efficient!

Came out to service our old AC the day it broke and fixed it well enough to make it until the next week when we scheduled a complete furnace and AC replacement. Both technicians we worked with were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

I highly recommend Dunco. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were out there in a just a few hours. After working hard on our unit, it was determined it was unfixable. Our AC had gone out on one of the hottest days of the summer. The next morning (Monday) they called me and had a unit ready for install that afternoon. In less than 24 hours they had me up and running. As miserable as the heat was, our experience with Dunco from the initial call, service call out (Phil), install team (Tyler and Quinn) and the customer service (Lynn and Lori) throughout and after was absolutely amazing. This is a great company!!

Very pleasant experience. Quinn & Clayton were very professional, e.g., on time, courteous, cleaned up carefully, explained what they did & how to use the new equipment, etc. The office staff is also very efficient & pleasant. Joe was great when he evaluated our needs. He spent time measuring & explaining our options.
