Our air conditioner needed to be replaced and we also had an Iwave installed. The coils inside the furnace had to be altered so they could fit into the present furnace. All was done very efficiently.

Dunco installed a new, high efficiency A/C and furnace today to replace our existing, 21 year old system that was original to the house. The entire process - from obtaining a very specific and detailed bid to the installation process was incredibly smooth. Evan & Phil arrived on time and did a great job with the install. Everything looks fantastic - neat, tidy and well done. It's surprising how much quieter the new systems are. Would highly recommend Dunco.

Alexis serviced my home, our office (5 doors away) and my boss' home, 3 homes total. Her attention to detail/her knowledge of heating systems is impressive. She's the BEST tech person I've seen and she works hard, fast, and really does an outstanding job --- she is who we will ask for each and every time from Dunco. No-one is better at the job than Alexis --- she's truly OUTSTANDING!!!!!

I received a quote from Joe for a furnace replacement on a Monday and after approval he had Tyler there for installation the next morning. Quality and timely work was performed by Tyler. My second excellent experience with Dunco.

I appreciate when I schedule a time for service they arrive on time. I have never had to wait and waste half my day, very punctual!! Upon completion, Erik was very thorough explaining what he did to service my furnace and if I had any questions. Great customer service!!

Dunco was great to work with and when we thought we had a problem Phillip came out and gave us suggestions for things we could do and made an adjustment on our furnace and it is working great. Really good customer service and we definitely recommend them and Phillip.

When I called for a whole new system, Steve came out right away to give me an estimate. He gave me different options, but wasn't pushy. When Paul and Quinn came to install the system, they were super efficient, kind, and professional. I am a former HVAC technician and it is some of the best work I have ever seen. Dunco Heating and Cooling provides quality service in a timely manner. Julio C was the technician on my jobsite. He presented himself professionally, organized, and kept a clean workspace. Not only was he knowledgeable in his tradecraft but he also took the time to answer any questions, and describe the scope of his work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Clayton and Quinn arrived on time and went right to work. They did a great job with the installation and were very respectful of our home. After the installation was finished Clayton walked me through everything. It was a great experience and I will refer anyone with any heating and cooling needs.
